I called Ken last Thursday and the man came today. On time - actually a little early.

The work started on time and was finished about when he estimated. Ken is honest and knows what he's doing. His sub-contractors are the same. He was very prompt to answer my calls. They were very careful to keep the site as neat as possible which was very important to me.
