paid $89 dollar for deal for a handyman and he did not do the job this has been going on for a year and i did not hear from him and when i called him he said he could not do the job i am asking.him to do

"I recall that this person was contacted after the Deal was purchased. I agreed to wait to hear from her about scheduling. Some months later I was contacted by Angie, who said I need to contact this person about scheduling. I immediately contacted her and wrote I was ready to visit. She replied with something to the effect of, " I will see when I have time for you to visit." I messaged Angie to that effect, and that was several months ago. Now, instead of this person contacting me again, an "F" Review was submitted."

"So, let's see...I arrived, did a walk around to view all tasks, and accomplished all of them in two hours. BECAUSE I DID NOT TAKE THREE HOURS TO DO ALL HE WANTED, HE GAVE ME A "C". You may draw your own conclusions as to the Logic involved. PLEASE, do not ever ask me to do anything for you again!"

Terribly! Nelcon delayed and delayed. At one point he actually said he "forgot". Then he kept finding reasons to delay, like "there was a small bush in the way". When all he had to do was run his ladder "Over the bush" and set the ladder onto the Eve. Then after months of delay the squirral came back and he delayed again.

If this is him, I have to ask you to speak clearly. I would also ask you to be honest, because you checked the box for 'Service Performed', and I have done absolutely nothing for this person. He has submitted an untrue Review."

It went well. I had no where near a half hour of caulking work (not to mention 2 hours) so I asked for assistance with a different type of repair, which he did for me. I was pleased.

"I am grateful for this Review. Allow me to explain to You, Dear Reader, about the two hours. Typically, replacing caulk on a shower, tub, or countertop takes about a half hour to forty-five minutes. Replacing grout can take up to two hours. However, the vast majority of my work for this Deal has been caulking. I supply the caulk, since only a small portion of one tube is used each time. I cannot supply grout, because there are numerous colors, and two types (sanded and unsanded) for each color. I cannot carry an inventory in a cost-effective manner. I can carry three colors of caulk. Now, with a bow to The Guardians Of The Galaxy: "I am Grout!" Heh."

The correct color of caulk was not used. I told him an almond/tan color and he used white. Not a very social person. He should not be on Angie’s list. I could had done a better job!

"This Client said nothing to me about 'the wrong color' when he looked at my work upon completion. Persons who are unwilling to point out a problem to me directly, but wait to file a Review, are people whom I try to avoid. As to my sociability, I get along with almost everyone. Since I do not get along with this person, I hope he and his partner do not contact me for any work again."

He was very knowledgeable of all of the items I needed done and worked quickly from one job to the other. He had all of the equipment necessary for each job and informed me of any information needed about the items he was working on for future reference. He gave me an estimated time it would take to complete each of the jobs when we corresponded about scheduling the job so I was able to determine the number of jobs I wanted done. He also called me when he was enroute to my home to give me an ETA. I was pleased with the job he did and would recommend him to anyone needing a handyman.
