NC Floor Guys

Choose anyone but Lawrence Green. He gave a quote and didn't complete the job. So now I have to find someone with the honesty and integrity to do what they said they would do. Avoid at all costs. You will pay someone else to fix his work like I have.

They did A wonderful job!!! Lawrence is A great person to work with, his crew neat ,very clean, prompt. We made a change in one closet after they started the work, no problem. They are planning to do more work for us.

We first used NC floor Guys about 4 years ago when we remodeled our kitchen. We have been extremely pleased with the original hardwood installation, and Lawrence's suggestions on blending the new floor with the old floors worked very well and the new floor looked great next to the 60-old hardwoods. Recently we had some water damaage and Lawrence and his crew came to repair the damage. They have done a very professional job. The new flooring flows seamlessly with the old. You cannot tell where the new wood has been put in. They were very professional, explaining everything as they went along from extimate to finish. They moved the refrigerator and an upright freezer with no damage to other floors, there was virtually no dust in the rest of the house and everything was spick and span when they left. They even returned on Sunday morning to move the refrigerator and freezer, so we would not be inconvenienced any longer than necessary. We plan to use them again in the fall when we refinish some other rooms.

Everything has been great with this company. They pay great attention to detail, down to the tiniest detail. I’d definitley highly recommend them to others, and already have.

The work was done on time and the floors looked fabulous.

We hit a snag in the original schedule due to a family-medical emergency with the owner of the company. However, he communicated professionally with us about the delay and offered to recommend another company to do the work. We decided to wait until they could do the work and we're glad we did. They were prompt, worked hard, and did a good job.

It was an excellent experience with them. They were really, really good and are people I would use in a flash. I spent a little less than $3000. I was tearing out my carpet and putting hardwood floors in its place. Everything was good and they did what they said they were going to do. They also followed up with me when I did not get back to them real quick. The guys all knew what they were doing and it wasn?t any question that they weren?t experts at what they do. I had three quotes and their quote and another was of $10 of each.

Lawrence Green & his crew did show up & completed the job on time. I am extremely dissatisfied about their support/service after they completed their work. Following are the issues. - Kitchen marble floor is cracking up in multiple places. When I asked Lawrence about it, he says there are foundation issues in my house. Hence the kitchen marble floor is cracking up. When I consulted another tile flooring contractor, he blamed the installation for the problem. - Hardwood floor in all rooms are warping/curling. When I asked Lawrence, he blames the humidity. When I consulted another floor guy, he told me the installation was wrong! I spent so much money & whenever I look at my flooring, I feel so bad & helpless. So beware of Lawrence Green & his crew. Get your warranty terms in writing & get his work inspected and then pay Lawrence. I will never ever recommend 'Floor Guys' even to my enemies!

Excellent. Lawrence and his crew did a great job. Provided a quote long before we were ready to have work done, was responsive and provided excellent work at a VERY good price. We had 1600 ft. of 3/4" hardwood floors installed. We paid for them to move the furniture as well. They were very attentive to detail and cleaned up daily, & nailed down the subfloor for no squeaking. This was a very good experience.

It went very smoothly. I ended up staying somewhere else for the 5 days of installation because I am a night worker and needed someplace quiet to sleep during the day. Mr. Green and his crew were very professional, the floor looks great, and I am extremely happy with it. The crew was also very neat and left my house as they'd found it.
