It’s one individual and he does a very good job. He's a handyman. He did what he was supposed to do. I would use him again in the future if need be.

Although Brad did the work himself, he did a poor job. There is white glue all around the seals and it's squishing out so much that it's visible from the driveway! He broke some of the wood trim surrounding a second floor window. He broke one of the new window panes on a garden style window in our kitchen while he was replacing it. The last time I saw him, he said he had to order a new window pane and would replace it when it arrived. That was supposed to be last week! Sure he's cheap, but you get what you pay for.
