Navis Pack & Ship

Way over pack and overcharge.

Fast to respond to my initial inquiry and prior to signing documentation to do the move, but after signing they were uncommunicative, the move was delayed (and again, uncommunicative so the delay was not shared or explained), and irresponsible. They charged for "white glove service" - meaning they would bring the item into my house and uncrate it. Instead, they arrived without warning - luckily we happened to be home - and would only leave it on the sidewalk, still crated. Multiple phone calls with different people within Navis did not resolve the problems. We brought the item in and uncrated ourselves, and Navis still has not refunded the additional charge to us. Very frustrating experience!

The owner was really good but he never mentioned that it would take a month to move my things to Georgia. The guys who came and packed my things into the truck were really nice. After they left, he said that they would have to go through another company and it would take a month. I was taken aback. He tried to rush a little bit. Another company moved my things. I wouldn’t have used them if I knew it would take a month. Since it was another company who would move me, I got a mail that my furniture would be with them. I called otherwise they wouldn’t know where it would have gone. I would use them in the future.  

They are very good and very friendly. They are prompt and nice people to work with. They really do a good work and they are a big company. I have no complaints about them. I will use them in future.

Our move was tricky, as we need certain items to go to two places at once. They did it without any problems and were right on time to both places! We will definitely use them again.

Navis Pack and Ship performed the job to my expectations in every way. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs to send out a small shipment!
