We ordered kitchen cabinets from Natural Gallery for our kitchen renovation. We received incorrect items and items that we did not request in our original order including: (1) the wrong door for our appliance garage, (2) an entire preassembled cabinet for our sink area when Joanne (store owner) confirmed we would only be ordering the door, and (3) crown molding that we never expressed interest in ordering. We also received a cabinet that did not work in our space, and we requested to return. While we accept full responsibility for agreeing to order the wrong sized cabinet, the store has been unable to provide any information about a refund now that we have returned the piece. We have requested an itemized receipt showing what we were charged. All communication from the store has been through their employee, Janet. She always says she does not know anything about cabinets and can only relay messages from Joanne. We have requested multiple times that Joanne call us, and she will not. My last communication with Janet was unsettling - she was extremely rude, unhelpful and aggressive. I do NOT recommend doing business with this company.

This entire process was very smooth. We got 5 estimates and Natural Gallery gave us the best price. They arrived when they said they would and were very courteous and professional. We are very pleased with the countertops and we would hire again. If you are in the market for kitchen cabinets or countertops give them an opportunity to earn your business.

I would never recommend using Natural Gallery Kitchen & Bath to anybody. The way they treat their customers after their own people make a mistake is unbelievable, I’ve never seen anything like it. They don’t understand the meaning of cleaning up after themselves and treating a customer with respect. The actual countertops they installed in our house ended up looking good and we haven’t had any issues with them, but how lazy, sloppy and disrespectful both their installers and the OWNER of the company were makes this an easy decision not to recommend them for any future work. First, when the installers were cutting holes for the faucet in our kitchen countertops, they forgot to put a bag on their vacuum, so our entire first floor ended up completely covered and caked in thick dust. When I walked back into the kitchen and told them to stop, the installers asked me and my wife why we hadn’t told them this was happening. They actually blamed us when we were in a different room for a minute instead of apologizing. Not sure how we’re supposed to know their job better than them. We called the office and told them what happened at which point Joanna didn’t offer an apology, but instead said she’d have to call the installers herself and then the owner (Peter) before they could offer any type of solution. When she didn’t call back, we had to call again to demand that we needed them to send a cleaning crew because our house was a complete mess now. She finally said they’d send cleaners out, which they did and I can say that the cleaning crew did a great, quick job. I was still frustrated that Natural Gallery didn’t offer an apology, but at least the house was cleaned quickly. A couple of days after installation, I was blowing leaves off of my back deck and when I did so I noticed that half of the deck was stained white. I remembered that the installers used my back deck (without asking and without my permission) to cut some of the countertops. Because they didn’t put anything under the countertops and they didn’t clean the deck off with water after cutting, it ended up staining my deck white (originally it’s a dark brown). I called the office back and told them the issue that their installers had caused. Again, instead of offering an apology they said they’d have to talk about it amongst themselves and let me know if they can fix anything. After promising to give me a call back later that day, they of course didn’t call me back until the next day. They said somebody would be over to my house in the afternoon to try to clean the deck. When the person got to my house (turned out to be the owner, Peter) he didn’t knock on the door or call me, just went straight to the deck so he wouldn’t have to talk with me. I walked by the window and noticed somebody spraying water on the deck. I told him that I had already tried this and simply pouring water on the deck wouldn’t fix it. He said he wanted to try this first and if it didn’t work we would try something else. I went back inside and a few minutes later he left without telling me again. When the deck was wet it seemed like the stains were gone, but as soon it started drying you could see the white stain marks again. I called the office back to explain that I was really frustrated about what was going on and their lack of communication. I shouldn’t have expected an apology from them at this point based on their previous behavior, but I was really hoping for some good customer service. Again, I was sorely mistaken. Peter came back later in the day once more (again, trying to sneak around back without letting me know he was at my home) and I came outside to see him rubbing a part of the deck which was not stained as hard as he could. He was taking off a coat of paint/clear coat and trying to tell me that my deck wasn’t in good shape and his guys didn’t really do anything that bad and it wasn’t a big deal. I told him that was ridiculous and taking off a coat of my paint wasn’t an acceptable solution to his installers ruining my deck by staining it a different color. Now I told him that if they couldn’t fix my deck, it would need to be painted. At this point he started screaming and cursing at me and my father who was visiting. He told me they would never paint the deck and I was just looking for a free hand out. I told him I didn’t care if my deck got painted, I just wanted it to be in the same condition that it was prior to his installers messing it up. He continued yelling at me and told me to just let him try fixing it his way because he knew he could. I went back inside to cool off and when he called me back outside the white stains were mostly gone, however that part of the deck was now a light/dull brown color compared with the other half of the deck which was a dark brown color. All he had done was scratch off the clear coat and a layer of paint to get the biggest white stains out. I told him that this was unacceptable and that they should have to fix or pay to get my deck back into its original condition. Again he started yelling and cursing at me and calling me nasty names so I told him to leave my property immediately before I called the police. I’ve never been treated like that as a customer in my life, nor have I heard of anybody being treated that way. Not only did this company damage my property, but they refused to apologize, they refused to fix it correctly because they didn’t want to spend more money once they had been paid, and I was cursed at and screamed at in my own home by the OWNER of the company. Steer clear from Peter and his awful company, Natural Gallery. There are plenty of competitively priced granite companies that you can choose from and I’d be glad to give you other recommendations for this work so that this company really sees what they did and learns that you can’t treat customer like that.

It go bad because they first fix one of backslash by joining two pieces which look very ugly. They leave water connection valve of sink little open so water leaked in floor of kitchen cabinet. After complaint of joint backslash they replaced and fixed after 4 days.one of the main employee was kind of rude when we insist not put joint backslash and talk to with my wife disrespectful way.they leave behind some trash and old sink. Not good experience at all.

The owner selects the granite. You are able to go to the warehouse to see the granite before it gets installed. The granite is better than the competitor. There were no hassles and they gave a good price.

We started shopping in October to upgrade our counters to granite or another natural stone. We measured our counters before visiting Natural Galleries so we would be able to get an approximate cost, and brought a piece of our cabinet material to shop for colors. Joanna talked to us to identify what we were looking for, explained their services and recommended colors based on our cabinet style and taste. We visited the showroom at least 4 times while we were trying to make our decision, and each time Joanna was patient and helpful while we changed our minds more than once. We liked one of the stones that was in the showroom, but Joanna explained the slabs of that stone they currently had were a bit pinker than that one and we might not be happy. Because granite is a natural product each one is slightly different. Joanna suggested a color she didn't have in the showroom and we followed her to their warehouse to see it. We really liked it, and so we gave her a deposit and scheduled a time for them to come for a real measurement and a template. The granite was installed yesterday, professionally, on time, and the price never changed from what we talked about in the showroom. We now have a new look in our kitchen and bathroom for about $800 less than it would have cost at Lowes or Home Depot and we were able to personally pick out our own stone. I would use Natural Gallery again.

They had great patterns of granite to choose from. Everything went smoothly during installation and they did have to come back and fix a little issue without any problems. We had to re-schedule a few times and they were flexible and able to work with our schedule.

They are very responsive. We had an issue with the countertop almost two years later and they came out right away with out any problems. They also did not charge me anything. They came in at almost the lowest price and with the nicest selection. We picked out the counter tops and they were installed within 10 days after and it took 2 crew members to do the work. I am very satisfied with the results.

1. Sales staff was very nice and not pushy at all. His preliminary quote was very competitive. I had measurements and drew a sketch for them.
2. Later the same day we called to go see slabs at their warehouse; they had a good selection. My wife loved some higher end stone, but we originally settled on a level 3 stone.
3. Peter came out to take exact measurements - at first he appeared to Have limited English, but it was just his quiet personality.
4. Later the same day we went to the showroom to see their final estimate, and negotiate a potential upgrade. And we were offered an really great deal, n went to make sure(once again) that we liked the specific slab.
5. A couple of days later we went to draw the layout on the slabs w Peter. It was a large job and we wanted to make sure the best pieces of the slab were in the right areas of the countertop.
6. Peter was very honest and helped called to tell us the part we liked had a crack he had not noticed before, n he allowed us to return for corrected layout.
7. They came to install 3 days later, and it was a 7.5hrs effort. The installer was another guy and what appeared to be his two "apprentice".
8. They did leave a little bit of a mess in the front yard, where they had to cut a few pieces.
9. They did not completely clean/polish the countertop after they were done - it wasn't a big deal. The stone looked amazing.
They arranged for a great plumber to reinstall pipes under the sink n the faucet ($150). Normally I would have done it myself, but I had hurt my hand recently n didn't have all the right tools.

I would definitely recommend to people that are realistic about this kind of project, and don't want to be overcharged just to have people kiss their a** a bit too much... (Sorry!)

PS - I was a licensed architect for a few years, until that level of construction markets started to crash and it burned me out.

They came out yesterday to measure and the guy was completely unprepared. He struggled to make the template, it was repeatedly uneven on both sides. I got a call later in the day to find out that the cost was going up almost $500 for extra cut outs. I was okay with paying this, but I was upset that they were not up front about this. The provider then accused me of "knowing what I was trying to do". He had me speak to his manager, who was upset that his employee had taken a "crap small job". He proceeded to curse at me and provoke me, even when I told him kindly that I would take my business elsewhere. He then tried to get me to pay for the granite, when it hasn't even arrived. I would like other Angie's List members to know about the treatment that this company gives to "crap small jobs".
Response from NATURAL GALLERY KITCHEN & BATH INC
"Hello, 1. We did not do any installation. 2. When customer came in for a estimate she only mentioned 1 cut out. When we came out to the measurement there where 2 additional cut outs which is additional labor and means additional cost. 3. Customer felt this was a formal and final quote before we even came out to see the kitchen. 4. We care about every job no matter how big or small."

1. We had a very good experience with the
salesperson, Rick Angelini, from beginning to end. He was quite responsive for
any ongoing questions we asked.
2. The price for the 3 countertops was fair and
competitive, and the installation schedule was quite favorable.
3. The person who did our measurements showed up on
time on June 1 and took detailed measurements. These measurements later turned
out to be perfect.
4. The measurement person was quite rude to me when
he arrived at my house, however, and I reprimanded him for this immediately.
The rest of the visit went without incident, but little was said by either of
us.
5. The installers arrived on schedule around
10:30 AM on June 10, and worked continually until the work was done in mid
afternoon.
6. The communication skills of the installers left
something to be desired, however. While they were not rude to me, I never had
the feeling they understood everything I said to them.
7. No attempt seemed to be made by the installers
to protect our floors between the work areas and the outside doors. It rained
for part of the day, but they never put any coverings over their shoes while
inside. As a result, I had to do the cleanup after they left. I did not notice
the dirt until after their departure.
8. The installers removed all major debris items,
but left a few small items lying around. These were not noticed until after the
installers left. I found quite a few very small pieces of porcelain in our
carpet. These must have come from the old sinks that the installers
removed.
9. No attempt was made by the installers to clean
up the granite dust where they did their cutting. This was mainly outside my
garage, but some was inside the garage (due to the rain). I did not notice this
until after they left. I had to spend about 30 minutes sweeping and hosing to
get the area clean.
10.  The installers spilled a moderate amount of
water under one of the sinks in the master bathroom. Some attempt was made to
capture some of this, but a lot was left on the floor of the cabinet. I did not
notice this until after the installers left. I could not put anything back
under the sink for about three days since the water had soaked into the wood.
The water that was spilled fell directly on top of the timer of my recirculating
pump. No damage was done to the timer, but it could have been. The plastic
cover that goes over the timer was missing completely, and I could not locate it
anywhere, either in the faucet boxes or in my wastepaper basket. This is not a
big loss, but it should not have occurred.
11. The plumber arrived on schedule and finished
installing all four faucets in two hours. Before coming into the house he
slipped coverings over his shoes. All of his work was done extremely well. The
faucets work well, and there is no sign of any leaks.

Visited showroom and selected from a granite sample. Negotialed an install date that was about a week away. Visited the warehouse to select from 6 pieces. They moved each slab so that we could select. Put a deposit down of 1/2. An associate came out the next day to take measurements (about 49 square feet). On delivery date, they arrived on time and were very professional. They installed a metal strip over the dish washer so that we could anchor it from the top instead of purchase special side mount fasteners. Installed granite that fit like a glove. Installed free undermount stainless steel sink. Drilled two holes for the faucet and soap dispencer. Applied 5 year sealer. A few days later we discovered four rough spots (much smaller tha a dime) on the surface. I contacted the company and they sent someone out within one hour to repair. Repairs made to my satisfaction. Would definitely use them again.

I selected the color granite I liked based on a sample in their showroom. In the showroom, Nicolais was very friendly and helpful, answering our questions. He provided a rough estimate based on the measurements I brought in. Peter then came to the house and quickly got exact measurements. Afterwards, Nicolais called me with the final price. At this time he upgraded from an 18 gauge to a 16 gauge ss sink and included a 4" back splash at no additional charge. We went to their warehouse to pick out the exact slab but I learned that there are several styles of blue pearl and the one that I saw in the showroom was specifically blue pearl royal. The only slab they had in that color was cracked so I did not want it. They had other styles of blue pearl but I did not like the color as well so did not choose any of these slabs. Nicolais, Lan and Peter all worked to find me the color I wanted at a nearby distributor. The final result was that Peter listened to my description of what the perfect slab would look like to me and he found it for me. He had it delivered to their warehouse where I was able to see it. It was exactly what I wanted so at that point I signed the contract. Everything they had done up to this point was before they even made a sale. I changed my mind about the exact size and shape I wanted twice while they were preparing the job and even so, everyone I dealt with was always friendly, courteous and helpful. Two men came to remove my old concrete counter tops (very heavy) and install the new granite. They were also very friendly, professional and courteous.  They worked quickly and efficiently. The final step was to have their plumber come and reconnect the garbage disposal and water to the new faucet and sink. He came at 5:30 pm on Christmas Eve and never acted like this was anything but fine with him. We were up and running with a beautiful new sink, faucet, counter tops and island by 6:30 pm. Of course we had to let the silicone dry overnight but Christmas day we had dinner for 14 people using our new blue pearl granite. I love it!
Response from NATURAL GALLERY KITCHEN & BATH INC
"Thanks for the great review! We are glad you were happy. Anyone wondering we would cut the piece with a crack off and inspect the remaining granite thoroughly with a professional eye. Our team motto is never install something that we would install in our own home."
