He was very nice. They had 13 years of dust on them, because I hadn't taken the blinds down. He waited for me to go get the batteries too, he was just very nice. It was $100 for two hours of work.

We've used him as our handyman for everything and landscaper for a year. He's always great, does quality work, he's friendly, punctual, and responsive. We were very lucky to find him.
When we painted our children's room this year, we mentioned to him that we were on a tight budget. He taught me to paint, and we did the job together.

I met him when he was doing work at another house. I rate him good but I was dissatisfied with his price. I had an agreement with him that he was going to charge me $50 an hour for his work but he worked an hour and asked me for $150, so that was totally unsatisfactory. In the end I gave him $100 and he agreed to it but that is still twice as much I expected to pay him. I was not happy with that deal and felt that he was not holding good to his word. I would not use him again in the future.
