I called and got an appointment for the following day. He arrived on time and must have really known what he was doing because he had a diagnosis almost immediately. He had the part in his truck and in a very short time he was complete and on his way. Very happy with the service.

Mr. Patel came a few hours after I called. He diagnosed the problem quickly, had the part he needed on his truck, replaced the part and was on his way. The repair took about 45 minutes.

Mr appliance was very helpful and even worked with us to try to get our oven fixed in time for a party.  Great friendly phone assistance followed by prompt and professional in home repair.

Prompt response to my service request and very professional. Reasonable service fee of 65 dollars. Determined repair would be more costly than it was worth. Honest feedback and the service fee was well worth it to know that i really needed to buy a new washer. Front loader lasted only 7 years... Back to S top loader now

I was very pleased with the work they did.  They first did some checking to see if it would be necessary to replace our ice-maker (I wanted it replaced, we'd had problems with it in the past, but they still tried to see if they could help us save money by fixing it rather than replacing it -- a nice plus, in my book!), then diagnosed a problem with our upright freezer.  It had been having occasional small leaks out the front, plus the door was not sealing properly.  My husband had discovered that part of the problem was due to an ice build-up at the bottom of the unit that had spilled out over the door.  The problem was, what caused the ice?  They rooted around and figured out it was some actually simple issues, took care of them, gave my husband tips on how to vacuum the coils on the freezer and the fridge (we didn't know you could do it from the front), billed us, and left.  They were courteous, left the house spotless, helped with removing some frozen stuff from the bottom of the freezer, and were generally just wonderfully helpful.  We had had the ice maker repaired once before by another company on Angie's List, but after they left it had a leak at the back that resulted in slow build-ups of ice at the rear of the ice catching bin that would eventually form a trunk all the way to the ice-maker itself.  I never called that company back, just lived with the problem.  I am so glad that is gone.  I wish we'd used Mr. Appliance the first time.

We were having trouble getting our dishwasher fixed through a warranty provider. They kept sending folks who did not know what they were doing. Contacted Mr. Appliance to see if he could diagnose the issue. He showed up on the same day and diagnosed the issue quickly. He ordered the required parts (a replacement inlet water valve) and the dishwasher is now working. We would recommend his services.

The dishwasher and microwave repairs were done well and quickly. However he could not figure out what was wrong with my ice dispenser and told me that he would do some research and get back to me. That was several weeks ago and I have called him and sent several emails but he has never gotten back to me for repairing my refrigerator.
