Service provider was on time and promptly completed work on our pushmower. He noted that front wheels were worn and recommended replacing them and suggested where to purchase.

He came to our house, diagnosed the problem, told us it wasn't worth the cost to fix and showed us a work around. Bought a new battery.

As stated, it took probably 15 minutes, was done right in my driveway and works great. So much easier than loading on the trailer and hauling to some shop and then back a week later.

Called Mobile Lawnmower Medic to go to my son's home to check on belt that had come off riding mower. They responded with 3-4 days and came out to house to re-attach belt. Came within the appointed time provided said he would. Only charged $20.00 for actual work performed but well-worth that in order to get the mower back in working order. Sure beats having to take mower in to shop and leave for days and face possible higher service charge and repair bill. Very satisfied and would highly recommend Mobile Lawnmower Medic, and would use for future repairs.

Tim was very knowledgable. He gave a four hour window of time and called within 15 minutes of his expected arrival. When he arrived, he noted that he had the mower down for service and when I mentioned that some parts had been recently replaced and I didn't think service was needed, he did not try to talk me into it. I did instruct him to do service if he found something which needed to be replaced.
Tim had the mower up and going in about an hour. He cleaned the carburetor, drained the fuel and replaced a bad gasket. He took explained exactly what the issue was and also noted another part that might need to be replaced in the future, as well as took the make/model of the part so he'd have it when we need it to be replaced. It was raining and he didn't cancel, which we appreciated. He had a nifty awning that rolled out from his truck so that he and the lawnmower could stay dry while he worked.
Overall, great service and nice guy. Price was very fair. We will definitely use them again when needed.

Tim is just a good guy and really knows what he's doing. I emailed him through his site and someone got back to me within 4-6 hours. We set up the appointment and I was told he'd be there between 9-12. He showed up at 8:53. The day before my appointment, my neighbor asked if he could join me and have his mower serviced too. Tim said it was no problem and gave me a small discount for the referral. He was in and out in about 45 minutes for both mowers.
He also gave me some good advice on a broken mower I've got saying it'd cost more to fix it than to just sell it for what I could.
I'll use him every year from now on.

Tim is a very pleasant and knowledgeable fellow! He came out within two days of my call, and was here at the agreed-upon time. He took the mower up to his mobile clinic (his truck!), and worked on it for about ten minutes. When he was done, the mower was alive again!! He explained what had happened (there was almost no oil in the reservoir, so the engine overheated and shut down). My husband is not very good with routine maintenance issues, so he doesn't check/add oil very often . The problem with too little oil on a chronic basis is that the valves of the engine get damaged, and to fix that requires an expensive engine overhaul, at which point one might as well just buy a new mower. Tim went over all of this with me, also showed me the correct level of oil on the dipstick, and how to check it properly. He also suggested making a habit of checking the oil before each use, and hopefully, that will extend the life of the mower somewhat. As I said in my prior review of Mobile Lawnmower Medic, it is SO worth it not to have to haul the mower around in the back of the car for maintenance!!!!!! As long as we have a lawnmower, we will continue to call Tim!

Great ! Tim arrived right on time and fixed the problem i had with the mower not starting. He took the time to show me exactlybwhat the problem was and how he fixed it in case it reoccurred. While he was here I asked him if he could also sharpen the blade which he happily did. Just a great service from a great company. I will definitely use them again if needed.

We have a riding lawn mower that was in need of a new deck belt. We did not have a vehicle to easily transport it to a shop. We called Mobile Lawnmower Medic for a quote. The quote was comparable to the shops, and we would not have to take it anywhere. We scheduled an appointment a few days later. The mechanic came to the house right on time. He was prepared and very knowledgable. We asked him about the blades. He checked them and told us that he didn't see a need for us to change them at this time. He easily could have taken advantage of us an tacked on some more charges. He was completely finished within 30 minutes. We were very pleased.

I called a couple of times and finally got someone to call me back for an appointment. Only a couple of days before I got a return call.
I did not see any pricing information on the web site and the lady the called to make an appointment was not clear on the costs.
I provided all the parts, mower blades and replacement pull start cord.
I believe the technician's name was Tim, not sure. He called 30 minutes ahead. The schedule was for 9am-11am, like the cable company.. He came at 10:30,
I had the mowers out in the driveway and he was done with everything at about 11:15am.
He charged $69.95 service fee plus $60 to change 3 blades and $25 to clean the carb on the walk behind and test run.
The service was great, I thought the $60 to replace 3 blades was a bit much.
I will use them again when I am sure I cannot do the job myself.

My experience overall went very well. We were very pleased with the service he provided. He did a great job with clean up afterwards. The pricing was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company to others.

He was great, answering all questions and had all the items running ship shape. I learned alot about my equipment from him, actually. I wouldn't have minded it costing a little less, but hey, he showed up at my door, I suppose that's worth something.

There are lots of places to get a mower fixed, but this guy makes house calls! A little more expensive, but worth it. I called to schedule an appointment, but the next available time was a couple weeks off. (He must be good because he's busy.) But he showed up at the appointment time, fixed the mover, and was done within an hour. Very easy. I didn't even have to be home. I just told him where to find the mower.
He also fixes other gasoline engines like the one on my generator.
