Our customer-centric philosophy comes directly from owners Dale and Gail Miller. Dale has over 40 years of electrical contractor experience in residential, commercial and industrial areas and is licensed in all of them. When combined with Gail’s background in customer service, they form a perfect electrical team that strives to provide the best possible experience. Our Master electricians are simply the best in their class and their skill and workmanship is second to none. All employees are insured, background/drug tested, non-smoking, courteous and professional. The owners answer the phone, so there is no need to speak with an operator. They were very very courteous on the phone and were able to come out the next day. The work was performed on time and in short order. I was afraid the diagnosis would be more dire than just a screwed up outlet and felt that I could have been taken advantage of. The problem turned out to be simple and was corrected on the spot. I was not personally there when the work was performed. The worker was supposed to call me while at house, after completing work but there was some miscommunication. I found out work had been performed the next day. They were very apologetic and fortunately the problem was simple. Also, I paid over the phone and they called me back to tell me they forgot to give me my Angie's list discount, and mailed me a check for the difference--very honest. The cost was $95 to diagnose and fix the problem and $45 for the service call charge.

I called Miller & Miller to fix the problem. Mr. Miller purchased a doorbell chime for me and he and an associate come out to install it. They worked very hard to avoid punching a huge hole in the drywall and the only holes they did cut were then covered with electrical plates. They ran any wires neatly in the wall and under the carpet. They also installed a new 30-watt transformer in my garage to handle the new load. We now have a functioning chime upstairs, as well as the original downstairs. They cleaned up very well and wore booties whenever they were on my carpet. These gentlemen were efficient and polite and sometimes funny.

It was the week of Thanksgiving and we had a guest coming to town. And no power in the guest bathroom (and a few other outlets and one other room)! I knew that it was probably a bad week to be calling, but Mr. Miller came out that day! He and his wife are such wonderful people! They were worried that the problem was something that should be looked at immediately, so they squeezed us into the schedule. Mr. Miller told me that he was very glad that he came out, it was the kind of problem that can lead to fires. And he fixed it! He is incredibly knowledgeable and such a nice guy. Thank you so much for fixing it and squeezing us in!!!

Faulty circuit breaker found after HVAC system stopped working. I called Miller & Miller on Friday afternoon after problem was found by HVAC service man. They could not come out Friday but came Saturday morning at no extra charge. Problem was fixed in less than 24 hours from call. Response was excellent. Service was very professional.

Exceptional, initially an assistant came out and was able to reconnect a number of faulty connections. However, there remained one area of the house where the reconnections could not even be determined nor fixed. Three days later, Mr. Miller came by to handle this work. He spent 4 hours trying to locate the missing connection. He managed to solve a very, very difficult problem and he performed all of this work for free! I can not rate his services high enough. Mr. Miller was a true professional. I would not hesitate to use his services again, no matter how small or large the job. I recommend him highly.

Landscape lights not working and we are hosting a major function in less than 36 hours. YIKES! We contacted Miller and Miller Electrical Inc. for same day repairs, on a Friday no less. Their schedule guru Gayle (sp?) assisted in setting up a same-day appointment and reassured us the work would be completed. Dale Miller arrived, assessed our problem, and had completed the work well in time for our function. Dale and Gayle are professionals in every sense and went out of their way to insure our satisfaction.

Another time he also installed four pendant lights in my kitchen, one over the bar, and he fixed some electrical issues in an outlet but I can't remember exactly. He does an excellent job, but I can't remember how much he charged me. He is very professional and timely also.

The people on the phone were very nice to me. They were also very responsive. The worker that came over to install the switch did a great job as well. He was able to put it exactly where I wanted it. He did seem to be very honest as well.
