Horrible! This was the worst experience I ever paid for! We scheduled the move for 10am. They didn’t arrive to our place until 3:15pm. I had to pay my apartment complex $150 because I was not out of my apartment by the time the cleaners got there. Milestone manager refused to talk to me to discussing waiving some of my fees due to them arriving late! Richard was horrible!! When he told me he would call me back he never did! I told him to ask the manager to call me and the manager never did! Richard then called the movers to ask them to tell me there is nothing they can do and they will not be waiving any fees. The only thing that went right was getting my stuff in storage. I would have came out cheaper renting my own truck and move myself! This was a s*** show from the start!! I strongly recommend no one use them!

OK at first -- they were a couple hours late, but we are lucky enough to have flexible schedules. They worked SLOWLY, but did get everything we wanted into their truck. When we got to the townhouse and set up the refrigerator, I was mortified how much damage was done to the front and the sides. BUT, the biggest issue was a hole in our wall we found the next day that they had hidden with a piece of furniture! It's been over a week and I can't get a hold of anyone there to help me. Our other mover cancelled on us (keeping our deposit) and I was too hasty when finding and hiring Milestone over the internet. I can't BELIEVE I didn't check Angie's list first -- LESSON LEARNED! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!

Terrible move. Too small of a truck, too few workers. They damaged furniture, walls, paint and huge gouges in walls, AND in the BRAND-NEWLY INSTALLED/FINISHED hardwood floors and stairs (stairs can't be fixed, cost ~100 per tread plus install and refinishing). The reviews on this site speak for themselves. I wish I'd checked Angie's List first. Costly mistake on my part. Oh, and don't be fooled by their Bonded and Insured status. They are, but if you don't notice the damage RIGHT AT THAT TIME and demand to speak to someone BEFORE signing anything, they may tell you, like they told me, "....it's your fault, you signed the ppwk. People try to claim damage all of the time that wasn't our fault. They go out and find broken TV's for the move, then say we damaged them". Honest people don't do that and an honest company stands by their work and workers. Absolutely terrible, unprofessional, sloppy, careless.....DON'T DO IT! If you need a cheap move, use friends, take your time and do it little by little.
PS: "Mike" was one of the movers and he was very good. But, coupled with a useless side-kick, there wasn't much more he could've done. I hope he finds a better company to work for.

A 4 hour move for an 1100 sq ft home took 12.5 hours. I was quoted 4 hours which has been right on the mark for the last movers I used. The company I used before is no longer here so I had to hire someone I have never used before. BIG Mistake. They state on their small local moves for $199.. False advertising for sure. These guys moved like pond water and had no idea what they were doing.
Items were broken, several hours wasted standing around whining about the rain and on the phone with a manager because I told them to get a move on because I had a budget. At the end of the night, 12.5 hours later I get a bill over $1200 and I refused to pay more than $740 dollars, still over budget and quote given. After the manager yelling, cursing and making threats I told the guys to leave or I would have to call the police. The manager instructed the 2 guys to take a treadmill and painting to cover the difference. A week later Milestone charged $991 unauthorized to my cc I used for payment. Totaling almost $1700 and over $600 in personal items.
