Midas Fabric & Blinds

I paid extra for an employee to come to my house and measure for curtains and a new bed spread and dust ruffle. The dust ruffle is way too long and sags on the ground. THe shams have a border around them that should have been stuffed with something to make them stand up. INstead they sag and look tired. The curtains for one room are fine, but the valance for the other room has an ugly seem right up the middle--actually off center to the middle. When I sent a written complaint to the manager, I recieved no response. Three years later I wish I had demanded that they fix these problems. By the way I had to guess at the date of the service because it has been so long. The woman who measured at my house was AFrican American. I don't remember her name but she worked at the desk to the left of the door when you walk into MIdas, rather than behind the main desk.

The guys from Midas Fabric and Blinds were excellent. I felt that I got good tips and advice on my project.
