Horrific builder delivering absolute worst quality in construction. We bought a brand new townhouse and lived for 6 months in it, everything is wrong with it: 1) Freezing in the room due to missing insulation; 2) Broken and damaged 12 kitchen cabinets; 3) Undersized HVAC 4) Horrific paint job throughout with mismatched paint 5) Damaged shower pan 6) Plumbing code violations 7) Damaged and oversprayed floors 8) Stairway is built out of scrape wood 9) Garage door opener broken 10) Temperature delta between room is 7-9 degrees even after rebalancing 11) dirty carpets 12) Water damaged ceilings and walls due to HVAC leak 13) terrible caulking job with peeling caulk 14) cracking walls 15) if you think you will get it all fixed under warranty? Think again, we are 6 months into that and no hope. Senior M/I Homes management does not care and will do nothing to help. Not convinced, buy a home from M/I Homes and test yourself.
