M&G responded quickly to Angi’s list request for “odds & ends” tasks leftover from remodeling 2 years ago … The “Door Doctor” and his assistant got to work right away rehanging a fence gate, unsticking interior doors, aligning and adding a brace to a wooden screen door and suggesting a big improvement of re-mounting my tv to an appropriate position above a fireplace mantle. It’s so nice to have these little, everyday annoyances resolved!

Lawton was quick to respond and started the project within a week. Recommend.

Lawton came out within two hours of my Angi request. He immediately gave an estimate. My deck supports were rotting beneath my Hot Tub. We noticed when one side of the hot tub was sinking up to inch. We had some weather delays, but once his team was able to get a dry day they did a great job. I think the deck is better supported than the original . They spent a very long Friday here and they damage was more extensive than we thought. We agreed upon a fair adjustment to the estimate. Lawton returned today, after they weekend and carefully removed a large pickup load of written wood and debris.

M&G (Lawton) did an amazing job bringing my vision of installing a custom wood/glass etched interior door in my home. Their great work allowed me to correct a vendor-made error without having to return the door and wait another 4 months for a replacement. Will definitely hire again.

While the work that was done was done very well. I have no complaints on craftsmanship. But the clean up was not. For $850 I would expect that these contractors would clean up afterwards. Instead they used my tools (without asking), unplugging my sprinkler system and didn’t plug it back and left me with disposing of 5gals of dirty plaster water.

Love the work. Has good ideas, great personality. Communicates well with letting you know if running late or what time to expect him...ect

The men were professional and knew their business. They were polite and left the bathroom clean

doors not square, although he built the door frame. Screws on the knob have come loose after only two months. Went to repair and the screws are imbedded in the hardware. Doors are not air tight because they are not level. Hired to paint porch ceiling that had a lot of peeling paint. He did not have proper tools for preparation of the surface and was frustrated when I did not agree to just paint over it. There were other projects on the porch that he did not complete or botched, including a pillar that he failed to seal to prevent water damage.

The MOST AMAZING locally-owned Contractor service performed a drywall repair job on my ceiling this morning, after another company performed plumbing repairs last week and left the cut-out. They are M&G Contractors, they're completely vetted by Angi's List (Angi), and certified to perform a variety of contractor/handyman/carpentry tasks!! And the owners are super nice and gracious people! I thoroughly enjoyed their presence in my home, and was tremendously impressed by their superb work! If you're looking for a local contractor who is available, reliable, professional, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced, look no further than M&G Contractors!

He did not do a good job. He was a good sales person, but the quality of his workmanship was very low. A really awful experience.

Extremely pleased with M & G contractors the cost was more than I had expected however definitely worth the money ….my powder room looks excellent
