Initially, I found Tim's ad on Craig's List. He was running a special of $6.95 for each transfer. I took over six home videos to be transferred to DVD. When I picked them up a week later, the sound did not work on four of them. Tim was prompt in responding to my email and I left them at his house to be reworked. Since his special was still on, I also took five movies to be transferred to DVD. After picking them up, a neighbor borrowed the movie "Glory" to watch and told me it had no sound. I checked all the movies as well as the home videos and there was no sound. Tim was confused but agreed to look at them. Again, after a week or so he emailed to say they were reworked. Again, no sound. My DVD player works as I played other movies on it and the sound was great. I decided enough was enough and would not return to Tim's. He suggested I try on my computer to run them, but the main reason I wanted them transferred was for my 96-year-old mother to be able to watch them on a large screen television.
Description of Work: I needed several VHS home movies and commercial movies transferred to DVD.
