Asphalt Shingle Roofing Installation and Replacement
The guys that showed up did a wonderful job on replacing my roof. They had to return for a second day because of not having enough shingles. I was kept in the loop through out the whole process. But do not believe them when it comes to money for referrals. I referred them to a friend and was told once the work was completed I would get $250. Their roof was put on in June and I have not seen any referral money and was basically told the checks in the mail.

I hired them to fixed my leaking roof. After $2k and multiple visits, I still have a leaking roof. The owner is blaming me for choosing the less expensive option. I didn?t know that meant the roof wouldn?t be fixed at all. They obviously know what they?re doing and don?t stand behind their work. I greatly regret hiring them.

"Unfortunately I*m sorry you feel that way. We gave you two estimates, one with ice and water which is the proper way to do a roof that*s less than 2/12 pitch, than we gave it without because you said the first one was too expensive. You ended up going without ice and water even though we advised against it, and unfortunately it leaked. We went out and added ice and water on the ends of the roof to try and help the situation, unfortunately this happens to customers a lot that choice the cheaper option and try to cut corners. All we can do as a company is strongly advise the right way but in the end it is the customers decision in what they pay for in regards to their home."

I played 375 for repairs and the roof is leaking worst than before. I wasted my money on them.

"We are sorry you feel that way. We came out and explained another patch was not going to really help. Your roof has been patched one too many times. We explained if you contacted the homeowner we would help him get a new roof on at a reasonable price, and even work with the insurance company on this project. The owner never got back to us on the project, unfortunately. Patching that roof will not work anymore and the technician explained that to you and tried to do a temporary fix for your problem at the moment."

The Project Manager Myra Charo kept me informed throughout the project. Her positive reassurance was supported by the crew of specialists who installed replacement roofs on both my residence and my two-car garage in one day and were gone by five pm.
