Real Estate Service
This Buyers agent did not represent me well with the builder. In fact there were a number of issues with the home that should have been mentioned by the agent that were over looked intentionally.
Also this agent was trying to steam me to one mortgage broker. This Mortgage broker was charging very high rates. When I asked why " he said "because rates are always high for people like you".
When I went to closing with my own financing at a very favorable rates, the Real Estate agent said "We can do that" get our own financing, "it mead I (the real estate agent), won't get my 5 points". Apparently the real estate agent and the mortgage broker agreed to kick back a fee to the real estate agent to get me the buyer to finance with the broker at a higher rate.
Very unprofessional and in my opinion dishonest.
