Mark is a carpenter. He has done very well. His emphasis is on floors. He charges a straight $20 an hour. The price was probably over a couple of hundred dollars for the last service and he has done quite a bit of work for me. He has done a lot of floor repair work at two different houses. He has done both indoor and outdoor work. He is a little bit of everything. He is a whole lot better than a handyman. He is very professional in his approach and he does a good job. That’s the main thing that you would be hunting for. He has his own truck. He comes to your house. He has been respectful and very careful in doing everything properly. I have recommended him to all of my friends who have used him quite a bit. I have been very happy with his work. I would give him a very high rating. His pricing is good for the work that he does. He is not real cheap, but he does very good work and that’s what counts. There is no question about his quality. He is a very meticulous person.
