Mr. Gyger took a check for 50% of cost in order to have construction materials delivered to the job site. After the three men dug the wrong holes in the wrong spot, they left. For four months, by phone and email, Gyger promised to return to my home and work on the deck. I never saw him or my money again.

I had the garage built into a hill. The garage was not waterproofed correctly. Steve promised to build the hill up to the garage which was not done correctly. I spent another 8k to correct the issue and build a retaining wall on the back of the garage. I had to regrade the area around the garage do to correct drainage issues. He is a horrible contractor and I would not refer hi to my worst enemy. Only plus about MAPC is they have good subs. The painting, framing, electrical, plumbling and foundation work was top notch. Unfortunately Steve is a lousy GC and you constantly need to be on him to make sure things are completed as you agreed upon. As you can see though he does not care about customer service and you do not want to spend money with him.
