The WiFi wireless signal from the apartment living room to the bedroom, where the printer was located, was weak.  Printer was relocated to the living room (stronger signal). Printer drivers on two computers (Windows 7 and Windows 10)  and the wireless printer were removed and reinstalled. Malware was removed from the Windows 7 computer and Java was updated.  The wireless signal from the Windows 7 computer to the wireless printer finally worked.  The Windows 10 computer still would not print. After trying a number of possible options, the technician added the computer to the printer via the IP address.  Both computers then would print via wireless connection.  A wireless range extender was added to the bedroom to provide better connection to the Roku 3 box.  The signal was more than double what it had been.  It took about three hours to get everything working properly.  From the moment he arrived until he left, the technician worked constantly to solve the problems.  No time was wasted.  This was the first time I used Managed It Solutions.  I wish I had been smart enough to call them before I made two trips to my daughter's apartment and I still could not get the computers and printers to work together.

Great.  Printer was not connecting to wireless after my move to Raleigh, nor would it work on the hard line.  Took him a couple hours to fix and he got it working.  Very thankful.  Was on time and very professional.

It was great. He came to the house. He was very responsive. It was fine. I spoke with a customer service rep on the phone, not the provider.

They are on Angie's list. He did a good job. He had to come back twice and he did it at home. I don't have anything to compare the price to.

I called Ted today and told him I needed a replacement desktop CPU. I told him what my needs were and he took it from there....I had a call back from Ted in about 15 minutes with a price and availability. Went ahead and placed the order....they are the best in the business !!!! I am never disappointed with their service or prices. Always excellent !!!!

They were very thorough in their explanation and took their time in explaining everything to me. I am not a very strong technical person; so they great and gave me lots of options of what to do. They weren't necessarily things I had to purchase through them. I decided to go with them because I found them on Angie's List and they had a good ranking on Angie's List as well and they were in a great location. After talking to them on the phone, they sounded intelligent; so I gave them a shot. They were great to communicate with. Most PC companies aren't so thorough.

We were very happy with them. We were happy that they are close by.

Beginning months ago, my wife's computer started acting very sluggishly with the internet. Downloads or uploads onto the net were slower than dialup if they worked at all. Not long after, another home computer started acting up as well. We have a hardwired network and from my home office computer I could get on the net and download files in a snap. I fiddled with the malfunctioning computers for months. I assumed it was becasue of garbage and perhaps viruses on the computers. I changed virus protection but couldn't get onto the net to upgrade the virus definitions. I bought software to improve the performance of the computer. Finally I used the tech service at an office supply store. They told me I needed to erase my hard drive and reinstall the operating system. Before I did that I decided to get a second opinion and found Call The PC Guy. Eric was at my home within 30 minutes of my call. Through trial and error he discovered that it one of my ethernet switchs had gone bad. While my office computer was on one switch, the other computers were on the other. He put all three of the other computers on the good switch and now we are all good to go. I will put in another switch and everything will run properly again. Eric was a great guy, courteous, intrigued with and interested in solving my problem, and responsive to my questions. I will use Call The PC Guy again without hesitation.

My Lenovo Thinkpad laptop started having issues getting into Windows and I called Call the PC Guy to assist. They quoted me $50/hour for drop-off service, which I felt was quite reasonable. I dropped off my computer in the afternoon and was called first thing the following morning. One of my memory chips had failed so they replaced it and checked all files and programs. I was very pleased with how friendly everyone I interacted with was.

I got their name off of a business card. Their response was quick and very courteous. Fixed only what needed to be fixed, did not try to rebuild my computer...thus, I was able to retain all of my data. I have been using them for over a year now, for both my personal and business computers...they are the best!!! You will not be disappointed.

I WOULD GO BACK AND USE THEM AGAIN. I BROUGHT IT IN AND THEY DID WHAT THEY HAD TO DO. IT WAS READY WHEN I CAME TO PICK IT UP. THEY ALSO GAVE ME SOME ADVICE ABOUT MY COMPUTER.
