Arrived on time. Very professional and nice. The two men that showed up in a well marked van did a great job. They use your own outside water spigot and filter it through a purifier on the truck to remove all impurities. Rob, the owner, was fair in his pricing and his men did a great job. Will definitely use again in the future.

When he discovered his equipment and chemicals could not conquer the stains, his crew advised me of the problem and asked if I wanted them to continue with a general cleaning or seek a post construction company who would likely be able to do the job. I opted not to have them continue, so they cleaned up their equipment and left with No Charge for their visit. I have used Rob for many years and this is typical of his extremely high levels of integrity and ethics.

I contacted Major Panes regarding an estimate for gutter, window, and house cleaning. I also have two very high (20+ feet) ceiling fans that needed cleaning. Rob contacted me promptly and set up a time to visit, which he did a few days later. Shortly after his visit he e-mailed us a price. We approved and set up a time for Major Panes to do the work. The supervisor and his crew arrived on time and got to work right away. They were friendly, respectful and professional. They did a terrific job and I will definitely have them back. Wow! Rob and his team went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied, even as far as calling the company who makes our "EZ Breeze" vinyl windows to make sure their product was safe to use. They were wonderful to work with and did a fantastic job - I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them in the future.

The person came on time and did an excellent job. My husband and I said we may need sunglasses in the house because the windows are so bright. It was a wonderful experience and I recommend them.

First time using this group and they were great. Very professional, and did a fabulous job on all parts of the job. The deck and patio furniture were particularly grungy and they did a great job cleaning them up. And they arrived early. We were pleased that they brought their own water supply vs having to hook up our hoses. Bottom line a nice group of guys who we would use again. It's such a treat to be all sparkly clean. We will use these guys to stay that way.

Very personable owner powerwashed my house and removed all mildew on the exterior. I have had this done by others but this was the best value I have received for my money. Quick, effective and reasonably priced. Will use them again!

The day we called for a quote, the owner was quick to reply and within hours was here to give us a written quote to powerwash our home and to wash the inside and outside of our windows. He was nice enough to suggest we wait until the pollen fell and was gone. The date and time he gave us was right on. He and his help were there on time and was prepared to get to work. The job was very professional and done within 3 hours. We will have them to come out again next year. My windows are so clean, I have to wear sunglasses inside... Ha.

They called before scheduled time to say they were on their way. Arrived on time. Washed all windows and chandelier promptly. They were professional and friendly. Rewashed and/or hand washed any windows that were not to my satisfaction. Did not leave until I was satisfied. This is the second time I've used their services and I will be using them again.

Major Panes did a driveway cleaning for us, and the results were incredible. I had requested a quote for both the driveway and house power washing, but decided for now to just to the driveway. Rob had called to follow up on the quote, and said he could get it done that day since he had a crew in the area, so it was done very quickly. Dark brown mold spots and areas ended up bright, as if new cement was installed. Looks great, very pleased with how the driveway looked. My only complaint would be the overspray, as I had several areas on the house that had mud splashed on it from where they went to the edge of the driveway and tore up some mulch/mud. It washed off quite easily, and I had to replace some mulch around the edge of the driveway, both easily fixable. But for the cleaning of the driveway, they were fast, and did a great job. I'll be contacting them again for later in the summer to do the entire house (after the pollen!).

We had a great experience with this company and will definitely call them again the next time our home needs to be washed. They were courteous on the phone, provided an estimate that was quite a bit lower than other companies we called, and arrived on time to wash the house. Best of all, the finished product looks wonderful!

They are excellent. They are prompt, get the job done quickly and I trust them.

The only thing I was a little bothered by was the strength of the bleach for power washing the house as it killed the grass along the sidewalk where the water pooled. All in all though they did a great job. The plants were all ok and since the sidewalk slopes a little there the water pooled. The bleach was really strong though. The chandelier they cleaned sparkles so I was very pleased with that and the windows.

I was very pleased. They were very professional, timely, and thorough. He knocked the 10% Angies List discount right off the quote. My windows look wonderful!
