Stephanie cleaned my house today and did the best job ever. Highly recommend her. Canâ t say enough nice things about her. A real gem!

We have the same maid every time, she is very thorough and cleans the house as if she lives there. Every time I come home after their service I'm always quite pleased with the results. Compared to my last service they are light years ahead of the competition. They have a checklist they complete every cleaning and they use real cleaning supplies not just rags. Really great job.

I was using a service for a while that was not doing a good job. I felt like every time I came home I was going behind them doing things that I felt should have been done during their cleaning. I finally got fed up and started looking for a new service. When I talked to Maid Pro they explained their checklist, that the maids were paid based upon my review, and they were not under time pressure and their focus was QUALITY. I saw the difference the 1st time they came - WOW! Jessie is amazing and I love her! I would not use anyone else. They truly are head and shoulders above the rest and they are reasonably priced for their excellent service.

The stars are low because I've only had one experience with MaidPro. The cleaner was an hour late because the MaidPro desk did not give her accurate directions to my house. I got the telephone number of the cleaning person from the "desk" and called the cleaner myself. She was here immediately and did an excellent job. I had a detailed list of what I wished her to complete for each room of my house, and she accomplished everything. This was the first experience I had with MaidPro and will feel better leaving a thorough review after I've been with them for at least 2 months.

I hired Maid Pro for a “Move In Clean”. The team performed a general cleaning instead of a top to bottom cleaning of the empty home.

They were much better than my last cleaning company- did a great job!

Pleasant ladies, but the one who cleaned my two upstair bathrooms left my tile floor soaking wet in areas by the shower and left cleaning powder on my bathroom countertop, which was dried up and looked like white powder...she was not as good as the supervisor working with her. Also, found a few spots in my kitchen that were not cleaned as well...dust balls from my two dogs and crumbs behind my kitchen trash can, kitchen countertops not fully cleaned -- found some food crumbs, black glass stove top was not cleaned well, and they left streaks on my stainless steel microwave door. I would not request these two workers again. Perhaps, just the supervisor again, but definitely not the other one. I expect a clean house and not one, where I have to go behind them and clean it myself. Disappointed...

They were very timely and pleasant ladies. They did a good job . I am having them back next week.
