I was very impressed with our cleaning service from Maid Pro. The house smelled and looked amazing!! The team were very nice and worked quickly to hit all necessary areas :) The vacuum they used was some kind of miracle - I haven't seen our carpet look that good in a while - it was like new!!!

Allora was AMAZING! My kitchen and bathrooms have never been so clean- I didn't want to cook dinner! She was very detailed oriented and didn't miss a spot. She did take quite a while to clean but I have lived here for three and a half years (with two 60+ pound shedding pups!) and have never had this done. I can't wait for her to come back next month!

They did an excellent job. The best part was they did exactly as I asked. The worst part was that they missed a few things that I asked them but it was a long day so I was okay with it. I would absolutely use them in the future.

Maria & Sylvia are our regular girls, and they do excellent work. Also, the office is very attentive. They send a survey each week, and follow up on any comments you might leave. All in all, Maid-pros is fantastic, reasonable, and reliable.

I've been with this maidpro franchise a number of years through 2 different owners and several cleaning personnel-- initially it was somewhat a disappointment and hassle because of the individual cleaners and the price-- however, the Director was extremely accommodating & did all possible to correct the repeated issues with my cleanings-- Before too long the owner sold it to the current owner AND WHAT A HUGE DIFFERENCE! the Director and my favorite cleaning specialist stayed with the company and perfection began to consistently occur! I think the price is inline with most cleaning services that I researched; it is NOT an inexpensive venture, but one has to consider time and priorities, ie trustworthiness to be in your home, etc. Nothing beats a sparkling clean home from a reputable, credible, ethical, appreciative business! As with all businesses, the franchise is only as good as the owners & directors/managers who insure the staff continue to be professional and execute excellent work... THIS MAIDPRO IS ALL THAT AND MORE!

It was great. They are very thorough. They are always pleasant. It's a great service. Usually one cleaner comes out. They bring their own cleaning products.

The quality has always been very good. Sometimes there is a bit of confusion regarding 'our particular' request (some communication challenges) but for the most part, the cleaners often go beyond what is required. I feel overall, I'm obtaining very good and high quality service. I received an estimate for my particular 'custom' request and I feel that is a reasonable price. I haven't even considered another vendor for the two years I've used them. Very happy with MaidPro, and always find manager Katy most responsive and helpful and happy with the staff who clean my home.

They did a good job. They missed a few places on the floor though. I hired them to sort of compare them with my current provider. I plan to stay with my provider. It was $115 for 3 hours, but that was a $25 discounted rate because my neighbor had recommended them.

They were superb! They have been out every month for the last 5 years. The staff makes the difference! Every once in awhile we have had some not-so-stellar employees, but they are all competent. It's $175/visit. Their pricing is a little higher than others, but their service is not as quality as MaidPro.
