Bob is a magician when it comes to carpet cleaning. Our carpets were in such bad/ugly condition we were pondering whether to replace them or try cleaning once more. We hired Bob and WOW they look brand new! Thanks Bob! We’ll certainly be calling you again!

Bob walked through the house with me so I could show him the particularly bad stains we had in a couple of places. He then went through his pricing list and we agreed for him to do all the carpets in the house. His prices are reasonable. He started with the worst stains (black nailpolish and spaghetti), and his extra effort really paid off in those areas. It took him longer than he estimated to finish the whole house, but I've never seen any carpet guy work harder, and he stayed until everything was clean. Great job.

He charges by the room and how bad it is stained, what special stains are, like dog or cat urine. He treats the carpets like they were his very own.

THE CARPET WAS ALMOST DRY BY THE TIME HE WALKED OUT THE DOOR. HE DID A NICE JOB WITH THE CARPETS. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND MY CARPETS LOOK GREAT.
