 + 0 moreAfter water damage to our kitchen resulted in the complete removal of flooring, cabinets, countertops. etc., LuxeMark was recommended for the replacement of our kitchen cabinets and countertops. Mike Armstrong was extremely helpful in guiding us through the selection process to make sure that we chose the style of cabinets and countertops that fit our specific taste, budget, and kitchen layout. Mike made sure we were happy with our selection and helped us optimize our storage space and minimize our cost where possible. His team made sure that the installation was done with accuracy and our cabinets and granite countertops look absolutely wonderful. Mike even followed up to make sure everything was to our satisfaction and even performed a small landscaping repair himself due to our small driveway and lots of construction trucks in the yard. I felt this was above and beyond the call of duty and very much appreciated. I would recommend LuxeMark and would use them again if I ever need cabinets or countertops.

Description of Work: We contacted Luxemark for our kitchen cabinet renovation. We met with Chelsea, who was very friendly and helpful and had great ideas. She said they were very busy, but she would get us a drawing in a week or so. After about 10 days, I emailed her, and she sent us a very nice drawing and quote. I responded asking for a quote from one of the other manufacturers to compare and have an option. I never heard back, no email, no call. I emailed a couple more times and got no response. We went with someone else.

 + 1 moreTo sum it up, I actually want to cook in my kitchen now. And I'm not really a cook. Luxe mark consulted with us to understand what we wanted to change and also took into account how we use and move around our kitchen so they could suggest changes we didn't even know we wanted. Their design help transformed our kitchen into an organized, functional and beautiful space. They were extremely professional to deal with... nimble when we wanted changes or revisions to the plans and quick to respond to questions. Great customer service for sure. Installation was on time, neat and professional as well. Can't say enough good things about LuxeMark, we'd highly recommend them to friends and would absolutely use them for future work.
Description of Work: Completely renovated kitchen with new cabinets and granite. Chelsea and Mike consulted with us to understand what we wanted but also took the time to understand how we used the space so they could make recommendations.
