It went very well. They did a good job. I ordered and bought it yesterday and we got it the next day. They had free delivery and they took the other one away. I'd give them a 10.

Lowe's called and sent a contractor out to measure and assess. He was very nice and explained that our older house needed special preparation and that the storm door we had chosen would have to be special ordered to fit. He assured us that he had arranged for everything and said we would be hearing from him. Every week we got a call from Lowe's to remind us that we had items waiting, from when we ordered. (Doors, handles, knobs, etc.) Even though I told the customer service person what was going on, the calls continued. At one point I noticed a credit from Lowes on my card and called and they had put some of the items back on the shelf and refunded the money. This after bothering me for weeks and being told that the contractor would pick the items up when the doors arrived. I paid for them again, and they were place back on hold for the contractor to pick up. Weeks pass, and we kept getting calls, multiple calls each week from customer service asking us what was going on and if we were pleased with our service. Despite our telling them, and asking them to put it in the system, the calls kept coming. We got a call just before Thanksgiving from the contractor saying the doors would be in any day, and that he could come out the day after Thanksgiving to install. We said, no, take your holiday and call us back first week in December, we are in no hurry. When the doors finally came in Russ had gotten the order wrong--and the contractor did not even call us, but asked Lowe's to call us--so I just waited around for the contractor to install the doors, until he was several hours late and I called. Lowes said to call him. I called him and he told me of Russ' mistake. Said he would call us when the right doors came in. Continued to receive customer service calls asking US what was going on. I finally asked them to stop calling us unless the doors were in and the installation scheduled. It was late January when I saw another refund from Lowes, again the door handles and things. By then we had had enough and called and asked for a refund for everything. We will not use Lowe's West Raleigh or North Raleigh, NC again.

I went to Lowes and I was actually very cautious regarding using them to purchase and install carpet. I have read a lot of horror storied on the web. However I have to admit it was a great experience. From the people in the store to the person that came out and did the measuring to the people that installed the carpet the job was done in an excellent manner. The Lowes sales person and assistant store manager worked with me on price and the install team was first rate. I knew the carpet would be quality Stainmaster carpet but I was worried about the installation. It was flawless. I was called by the Lowes install team to ensure things were going well and I was called by Legacy flooring who actually did the install to check on the crew. The two people doing the install were polite and professional and did an excellent job with moving of my furniture and the installation. No complaints at all .

They did a excellent job. They were knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend to others.

Lowe's sales people were OK but not terribly knowledgeable. The Estimator and the installers were excellent. The were on time, good communications, did an excellent job, cleaned up. One thing I was worried about was how they would do with pushing the carpet down between the tack strip and the baseboard. The baseboard was stained wood. They did good, they were careful not to put a lot of scratches in the baseboard. I was very happy with the job.

Excellent. My husband sat with a lowes rep and discussed all aspects of the purchase including return policy and installation. The installers were able to install one week later and they did an amazing job. Highly recommend .

I was not happy with the overall services provided. The kitchen cabinets are taking too long to get installed.

I liked the quality of the wood. Their service was lousy. We talked to the management about it. We purchased the wood and then the owner of the hardwood floor service provider was to pick it up the next afternoon. The young man who helped us said that he would have it pulled and ready to be picked up first thing in the morning. When the owner of the hardwood floor service provider went at about 6 o'clock that evening not only had they not pulled it, they were not sure if they had enough to fill our order even though they had told us the evening before that they did. Therefore, he and his wife were waiting there for over an hour. It was poor service and I was not happy about that. They did end up getting and taking care of everything. The quality of the wood was great; it was beautiful. I would consider using their services again in the future.

Things went very well. I was very happy with the service. They did exactly what we asked them to and it was done on time and within the budget as planned. There was a bit of a problem with the estimator, the one who originally came out to do the estimate. I would use them again if they were price competitive.

We purchased a washer and dryer on a Saturday. In store personnel were available, knowledgeable, and helpful.
The next Monday our units were delivered in the afternoon, and installed. Unfortunately we spotted some minor scratches on the new units. We were offered a 10% discount for the scratches and we accepted the offer and kept them. The old washer and dryer were removed and disposed of at no extra cost. The delivery team was careful and respectful of our home.

Lowes had the best selection of berber carpeting out of numerous places we visited, expecially in wide widths. Their pricing was very good and the installation service was a 10, given that they 1) had to follow an irregular edge along some flagstone flooring in our den and 2) they installed a large complex piece in our bedroom, closets and hall with no seams. I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat and will use them again when the time comes.

They were fine on the window quote but I am not doing the work with them. They were responsive but it was a little confusing that some of the windows they sell in the store they can't install. The windows that I was actually interested in were the type they could not install. The person that came out was very courteous and they were very timely on the quote. It was just confusing. Their price was a little high.

Great carpet, professional service, would definitely use them again.

Lowe's had the best price, a very good product, which I was able to buy during a sale, and took great pains to get the order correct. Unfortunately, the manufacturer had a delay in delivering the windows, then failed to deliver one of the installation pieces, which caused the installation to be delayed by a month, But Lowe's called me several times to update me on the estimated arrival, gave me a chance to back out of the deal when the manufacturer forget to send the installation piece, although they had already received the initial shipment of windows at the store. Very professional. Installation was great. Very quick and expert, by pleasant, intelligent installers. For the price, Lowe's does not paint or trim the windows when installed (they are sealed so don't need trim except for cosmetic purposes), and they don't clean the windows or remove all the stickers. But they were clear about telling me this up front and the price differential (versus other retailers and contractors) was much more than those services would have warranted. I probably saved $3000.

The microwave is very nice, but the reason for this report is to post how wonderful the installation went. I have never had anyone in my home installing anything that were more professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing an installation along the same line. Lowe's also called about a half hour after the contractor was finished to make sure the installation satisfied me.

Dealt with Frank Corbett at Lowe's. Very cooperative and helpful. Construction was a bit complicated since the flooring ran the same direction as the joists. Flooring company handled the installation. Only complaint is that Lowe's requires full payment for the flooring and installation up front - I assume that is also true of home improvement store but I would prefer to hold something back until the work is completed. However, there were no problems.

Overall, I was very impressed with the job. My only concern was that Lowe's did not make it clear that the final product was not a completely finished product. The sash stop that was removed to expose the side jamb was returned to place but it was not done so seamlessly. Now, all the window casings must be caulked and painted. Caulking and painting I can handle and I would rather pay $99/window and have someone do the work I'm not comfortable with and I do the remaining work than pay someone $400/window and have someone do all the work (which I'm not even sure that a finished look was included in those quotes). I just think a head's up would have been nice.

My old fridge pooped out, and it was great timing that I went to Lowe's and they were offering free delivery and installation. Later, I had to have someone come out and change the swing of the door and when it wasn't hung quite square, they gladly sent someone else out to level it.

This all worked out just fine. My kitchen consisted of a dining and utility area too. It all looks wonderful. The quote was very good, the price was very good and the job was done very well. I really have no complaints. I thought they were nice, professional and I thought everything was just right.

I am very happy with the quality of the floor and the installers. I asked for the very best installers that they had, and they were excellent (however I can't remember their names). They were very professional, and didn't make any mess. They did all of their cutting outside and did the work in a tent.
