That went very well. It was normal. Not anything unusual.  They gave us a good deal. Not very long. They had the car on lot. We fell in love with it, and got it.

I think he is happy with it. Its just like any other car place. They do take good care of our car. Our cars are pretty new. We have only had to pay for our inspections. Sometimes you have to wait on parts, so that is not their fault. Usually they had his car for a couple day, but they had to get some parts.

We have a leased car and it comes with the lease. It has always been a good experience. We take the car in for service or they come and get it, we have done both. We usually bring the car soon. We wait in the waiting area, which is very comfortable. They are courteous and polite every single time.

It has been okay. I dropped it off and they came and got me-they have a loaner service.

It has been great.

Right now most of what we are having done with them is part of our contract with them as far as purchasing the vehicle so we are not paying anything right now.

All the promised work was done, and I could tell the car ran better, which was nice.
The guys in the bay for drop off and pick up are nice, but I always have to wait

The service advisor is very nice. They complete the work on a timely basis and is honest.

Their service is phenomenal. The people who work there and the staff are always professional. They do a thorough job. The staff really goes above and beyond to make your experience pleasant and convenient. They are really nice. The service was free.

I didn't spend anything because my car is under a 2000 mile warranty. They give a good service. I would recommend them.

The first issue, my check engine light was on. They replaced a valve, reset the lights. One day after I got the car back, the check
engine light was on again. I took the car back, they replaced air filter (surprise!). One day after I got the car back, the check engine
light was on again. I took the car back, they replaced the tube that connects to air filter (what is this all about??). Now it worked
miraculously! I was under warranty at the time. I hate going back for three times, but I have nothing to complain about the price.
The second issue, my windshield washer fluid is leaking (isn't this one of the easiest issue that can happen to a car??). The first time, they said washer pump is leaking. A piece that costs $8 in AutoZone but takes $200 to replace by them. I said fine.  They replaced it.
The second day, washer fluid is all over in my garage again. When I went back to the dealership, they gave me the most imaginative answer: there are two pumps in your car. Yesterday, pump one was leaking. Today, pump two was leaking.
I had to go to a trip soon so I paid for whatever they asked for anyway. But I know they were lying and I know I was ripped off.

They have been sitting on it for over a month now, because I had a prob with  my transmission and a sleeve needed to be replaced, I took it home.  The following week I was still feeling the same problem. I took it back, they said there was nothing wrong with it, so I took the car home again and then this time, the transmission was not operating.  Had to get the car towed back to them. Very upset with them and how they have handled the situation.  I don't think they stand behind their workmanship and I think that they have irresponsible customer service.

The service they did was good and I would give them all high ratings. Overall they did a great job.

All went according to schedule. The service adviser, Charles Wilson, was GREAT! He was responsive, available, and helpful in telling me what was wrong and what Leith BMW did to fix the problem. These guys treat you like a VIP, as they should considering what you pay for a Bimmer. Thanks Leith I look forward to a long relationship.

Most abominable customer svc ever, anywhere. Jermaine Brodie, our "Service Adviser". 1st trip, opened trunk, noted the subwoofer was on. Refused to turn it off as it was not factory installed. Charged us $95 to "diagnose" problem. We unhooked the subwoofer. Battery dead within 24 hrs. 2nd trip back, car in shop 2 weeks. Jermaine only returned calls when he needed to authorize more $. Car held hostage 4 days (Labor Day) due to his refusal to return calls (Svc Mgr, asst svc Mgr both out). Car driven 70 miles & taken home twice by mechanic. Tried to charge ANOTHER $1000, tho only $550 authorized-to UNHOOK THE RADIO. Settled on $510. Paperwork wrong when we went to pick car up. Now know that car would not start when they went to get it for us and Jermaine JUMPED IT. Took home. Dead battery in 24 hrs. Trip #3-called Jermaine 3 times on Friday -- MUST have car today -- never returned calls. Had to wait til Monday afternoon to pick up car. Car returned dirty all 3 trips. Utterly Dreadful.
