+ -1 moreLeesville Construction's work was excellent. They were timely, they met their estimate, they kept our house clean and cleaned up after themselves. They also helped us pick out new tile, fixtures and shower components for bathroom repair/addition. They gracefully handled several changed orders.
Description of Work: We had a tree fall on our upstairs bathroom, we decided to do an addition as part of the repair work. Leesville Construction did all the work. They repaired roof rafters, moved an exterior wall outward to match the exterior wall on the lower level of the house, extended our upstairs bathroom, added a walk-in closet to the upstairs master bathroom and installed hardwood floors in the master bedroom. Leesville Construction also replaced siding, painted the exterior of the house, re-roofed large areas of the roof damaged by the tree, and replaced damaged gutters. On the interior of the house they performed drywall work, plumbing, painting, tile and electrical work.

+ -1 moreWe got a recommendation list that is three pages long from this guy. It was amazing. There was two columns worth of references. We were both really impressed with this guy. He was on the ball and really with it. If we do wind up proceeding and doing this sort of major undertaking and renovation to our home, we will most likely be using this company. I just felt like this guy was so organized with all of his references and he seemed confident and sure of his abilities and he really listened to our needs too.
Description of Work: We recently met with this company and interviewed them. We are looking to do repairs and a major renovation to our master bedroom and bathroom. They would be adding on another few feet and extending out the top floor out to be flush with the downstairs of our 2000 square foot house. The exact amount of space they would be adding on is another eight feet out to that area. They would be doing the drywall, painting, flooring, tile work, electric work, plumbing and windows for that area, in addition to framing the entire thing out.($34000).

Work took a couple weeks from beginning to end (probably the painter was working in some small jobs along the way - also had a couple days where rain was forecast and painter did not work at my house, which was good in my opinion). From initial quote to work starting, it took several months - though most of that was winter.
Description of Work: Painted house exterior including re-coating the natural finished soffits.
