I was very satified with the whole job, from initial estimate to final inspection. Rodney was very upfront with all information and was very knowledgable about what needed done. He was the only one of three estimates that identified the finished work would require an inspecition by the Town of Cary. He handled all the required permits and was still the lowest estimate. I have given neighbors his number for other foundation work and they were always greatful after the work was completed.

It was a pleasure to work with the team members of Carrington Foundation Repair. Our home of 30 years was in immediate need of foundation repair following several years of local extreme and harsh weather occurences. Working with Mr. Carrington was a very positive experience from the beginning to the end. He was a professional in his delivery of service and upholds a sound contract. As questions arose, Mr. Carrington was able to fully explain what was occuring step-by-step throughout the process. All team members were very respectful of our home and external spaces. Not only were they timely, skilled and efficient workers, they were able to fully maintain the integrity of our house's architecture with little effort. Without any reservation, I would highly recommend Carrington Foundation Repair to anyone. Simply put, his service reached well beyond our expecation and our family is very content with the end product!

This was the first time I had used their services. I chose them because Rodney is very confident and has been in the business a long time. We had a verbal agreement that he would fax me their proof of insurance and the proposal. I did get the proposal but not the proof of insurance. They worked very fast. They were so fast that they accidentally cut some electrical wires. They tried to repair it as a knob and tube but it did not work. I wrote them the check before I was aware that the problem was not solved, and I ran out before they left to tell them when I could not get my bed room light on. They said someone would be out the next day. Finally a week later, an electrician came out and fixed the problem. They did finally get me the proof of insurance because I was initially considering them to do other work but I felt it was too risky to have them do the rest of it.

THEY WERE MAINLY LAID BACK. THE WORK WAS OKAY. THEir PRICE WAS A LITTLE BIT TO MUCH. THEY WERE PRETTY MUCH ALWAYS ON TIME, SOMETIMES THE WEATHER WOULD INHIBIT THIS THOUGH.
