+ -1 moreHe told me that the cracks in the brick walls were nothing to worry about, but over the years, they have become wider. A engineering company estimated the repair from $5,000 to $10,000. When Rene visited again to take a look, he refused to take any responsibility for the sinking footings. Before you use this builder, ask ANY original owner that he built a townhome for in Meadowmont, Chapel Hill, what his experience was like.
