Mr. Knight was fantastic to work with. He knowledge and expertise was absolutely AMAZING. The report was extremely thorough and exceeded our expectation. We were having our 1940's historic home inspected not one inch of the house was missed. His pictures were great and notes and recommendation were clear. You can't go wrong with Knight Home Inspections they are the best of the best!!!!

Mel was very nice. Had issues with online signatures and payment. Once it was cleared everything was fine. Good pricing, report was helpful, he found some issues. Had a question about a particular item noted on report he didn’t go into detail to answer my question but the response was adequate.

He was reasonable with price, easy to schedule and also delivered the inspection report almost immediately. Giving it a 4 start and they missed a lot of bargain chips while buying the property. I found a lot of issues which was not in the inspection report. Such as a broken commode and vanity faucet was faulty and all. The garage door was not operable and a lot more small to large was not reported in the report.

"Home inspections are a snapshot in time. The inspection was performed on July 12th. At that time, all faucets were tested and they all worked as expected. Also, the garage door worked as expected. (I have a photo of the door in the "up" position.) When I check toilets, I test them for bolting to the floor, operation, and feel all points where they could possibly leak. I did not see any broken aspect to a toilet at that time."
