We were happy with Mel's work. He responded quickly and worked around our schedules, which was very helpful. He had our report ready the next day and was available to answer any questions. He coordinated our termite and radon inspections as well. Overall, we had a positive experience with Knight Home Inspections.

Right on time. I actually couldn't make it until the end of the inspection so he waited for me to arrive and toured me around the house to show me what he had found.

Mr. Knight was fantastic to work with. He knowledge and expertise was absolutely AMAZING. The report was extremely thorough and exceeded our expectation. We were having our 1940's historic home inspected not one inch of the house was missed. His pictures were great and notes and recommendation were clear. You can't go wrong with Knight Home Inspections they are the best of the best!!!!

Mel was very nice. Had issues with online signatures and payment. Once it was cleared everything was fine. Good pricing, report was helpful, he found some issues. Had a question about a particular item noted on report he didn’t go into detail to answer my question but the response was adequate.

He was reasonable with price, easy to schedule and also delivered the inspection report almost immediately. Giving it a 4 start and they missed a lot of bargain chips while buying the property. I found a lot of issues which was not in the inspection report. Such as a broken commode and vanity faucet was faulty and all. The garage door was not operable and a lot more small to large was not reported in the report.

Mel was a thorough professional to work with, his attention to details is a big plus. The service was delivered as promised and he was available to clarify my questions after the inspection. I highly recommend Mel.
