John Knapp is the owner of this company.  I am allergic to cutting grass, and the pollen.  They are prompt, punctual, and consistent.  They show up when you expect them to show up because he is driving revenue.  When you direct him to come and cut the grass he will come five times a month in summer and cut the grass.  Probably I will use him in the future.  I will have to negotiate a better pricing.
