Kevin Milne Handyman Service

Kevin is great. We just moved into a new house and had a lot to be done. He was onsite for 2 days and did the following for us: installed ceiling fan, assembled & installed laundry room cabinets, entryway bench & coat rack, hung wall decoration, etc. He worked independently, but consulted with us often as to placement and preferences. He was very professional -- you can tell he takes his work seriously. We are happy to refer our new neighbors to him and will certainly use him again.

Very well. Kevin worked carefully and consulted us when there were decisions to be made. We're very happy with the results.

After installing the PVC, he painted the entire post and talked me into replacing the mailbox and house numbers so that the whole ting would look great. He came back for a second day to fix up the paint job and make sure everything looked great. We'll definitely look to him for more handyman projects.

Kevin and his assistant were punctual, pleasant, helpful, careful - everything you would want in service people coming to your house.
When he delivered the items, one to the second floor and the other to a first floor bedroom, they were just as careful and helpful, etc., as
they had been at my house. They assembled both beds to the specifications of my daughter-in-law, who took Kevin's phone number with the intention of using his services in the future.

Mr. Milne was professional and listened to what I wanted and needed done, but willing to give his suggestions.  Many small jobs in newly purchased 50 year old home, outside and in.  Thought he was expensive, but  work done well.  He did not work full days, so took a while to be completed, as I had a long list., bur worked steadily when on the job.  I will hire him again.

All went well. You'd never know they were there after his thorough cleanup.

Kevin has been doing work for us for about a year. He is timely, professional and does a great job!

He arrived on time and did an excellent job. He returned the next day to apply sealer.
He again came a few days later to replace my storm door piston(?) at no cost to me, because he had performed the same service two years ago!
Mr. Milne is always a professionally pleasant handyman.

He bagged all the leaves and sticks that were in the gutters instead of just throwing it on the ground. He even made sure to clean off drip marks on the outside of the gutters so they would look clean. The caulk job was done so well you cant see where the old holes were, he made it match the siding so well my husband and I call it art.
As far as the clutter goes I though I was going to have to go after him and at least sweep the small stuff up, but it was all done...everything!. He makes sure in everything he does that it is 100% done to perfection. That is why we always choose Kevin, we don't have to worry if its going to be done right because he will make sure it is every time. Kevin is well dressed, polite, professional, and is always on time.

Kevin did a great job. The best part was that I needed the cabinet assembled immediately and he was able to come the day after I talked to him. He had all the tools that he needed and the job went smoothly.

He actually asked for my vacuum to pick up debris that was hidden by the old couch before we put the new piece there.He could easily have just stuck the new one in its place and have been done with it. I was also worried about my walls getting marked when removing the old sofa but there wasn't one scratch.He just took care moving the old sofa and you could tell he wanted it done right.
Kevin treated our things as though they were his own. The furniture was put together well as he actually read the directions. He was prepared with his own hardware to hang our art work. I never had to take a step out the door to get supplies,a nice surprise.When done with the pictures Instead of eyeballing he used a level to make sure it was hung correctly and there were no extra holes or scratches.
This is going to be my go to guy when I need something done.

I am a single woman and homeowner.I needed to find a handyman that could do just about everything that a homeowner would need done. I asked around and remarkably not just one but a couple of my acquaintances had used Kevin and keep him on their speed dial. I'm not trying to be funny it's true and in this past year I've done the same thing.
2012 partial list: I've had him install a screen door, repair sheet rock,power wash my deck,paint my kitchen,install a doggie door, pick up new furniture and haul away old furniture.
He is always on time, trustworthy and I think his rates are reasonable.

They did a good job. He was a little pricey. He did it one day, he was very professional, and I would recommend him.

Fantastic. Every task Kevin performs is done professionally, on time, and with excellence and integrity.

Kevin arrived promptly for estimate. This property is vacant rental, so this was important as I did not want to sit around. He looked at the items I had in mind for him to fix and as we walked around pointed out other things that I missed. He also clarified things like what height the curtain rods should be hung, etc. I gave him a key because I was not going to be able to meet him when he wanted to do the work, which was less than a week. He left me a message when the work was completed and mailed me a bill. We have used Kevin's services for about 2 years. He has done minor electrical, duct work, installed bird feeder, resealed our garage door, outdoor water proofing and on and on. Definitely recommend him. Some things are out of his expertise and he will tell you if he can't do the work.

Great. Kevin showed up on time and performed the work in under 2 hours. He made my tub and shower look like new again - he shows excellent attention to detail. He also did me a favor and went into my crawl space to diagnose a suspected leak. This was much appreciated and was above and beyond his normal service, since he does not do plumbing work and thus could not profit by this extra task.

Overall Kevin was VERY professional and asked for my feedback on everything he was working on. I asked him to adjust the face board placement when he was done and did it without hesitation. He insisted that if I was unhappy with anything that he would work on it until I was satisfied. I had many questions on other items in the house and he patiently answered them. He was at our home for 3 hours.

He showed up on time, did the work promptly and was pleasant.
