Overall, I felt very comfortable working with team Kelly DeBrosse. I believe I got the maximum value for my home and they definitely minimized the amount of stress I went through because they handled almost everything themselves. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home.

sell our townhome and purchase a single family home and contacted
Kelly. She came out quickly
to meet with us one on one and discuss the sale of our townhome. She
explained the process well and helped guide us through our timeline of
when to list based on the market. I was already a few months pregnant
and anxious to be fully moved at least a month
or two before my due date. She listened to our goals and helped us
determine a fair price to list. She sent Sherry to stage our house and
take pictures and she did an amazing job. The office was great about
communicating with us to get e-docs and make the
process as painless as possible. After a fair amount of foot traffic
and feedback we dropped our price slightly and received an offer we were
satisfied with shortly after. We felt like Kelly did a great job of
managing our expectations.

to purchase and we literally cannot say enough wonderful things about
Audrey. She was absolutely amazing!!!! She was so patient with us and
spent countless
hours over the course of several months looking at houses all across
the triangle. I always felt like she was very honest and I was able to
trust her opinion and expertise fully. She never pushed us outside of
our comfort zone and was always available when
we needed her. When we went under contract on our townhome, she raced
around with us to find the perfect home. There were some issues out of
any of our control with the home we wanted to purchase and Audrey went
above and beyond to get the deal done for
us. We were incredibly happy with our purchase and thanks to her we
were able to get the deal done to our satisfaction. I felt so happy and
relieved knowing she was passionate and fighting for our best interests
every step of the way. She handheld every
bit of the process and is still in touch with us after the move making
sure every loose end was tied up. I literally don?t know what we would
have done without her!!!! Hopefully we won?t be going anywhere anytime
soon, but I would without a doubt go back

We listed our home for sale with Kelly after having had a poor experience with another listing agent. Kelly was prepared, knowledgeable, and professional. She viewed our home and asked lots of intelligent questions, formulated a marketing strategy, advised us on what touch-ups and remodeling would give the most bang for the buck, and went to work. She arranged for the tradesmen that we needed (carpet, vinyl, some light carpentry) and managed the work in coordination with our schedule and needs. She had her staging team come in and make the house stand out for the pictures and had high-quality professional photography done that really showcased the home well in the MLS listing (which is absolutely crucial today). She cunningly used the picture captions to do additional marketing beyond the space limitations of the MLS listing text itself. She had a beautiful tabloid-sized fold-out flier crafted in full color, leveraging the same gorgeous pictures. Throughout the process, she communicated thoroughly and clearly with us and stayed on top of all the details so we didn't have to worry about anything.
All I need to say about the effectiveness of her service is that within 24 hours of the listing going up on MLS, we'd had three showings and received a full-price offer, contingent only upon financing, not upon sale of the buyer's home or anything else.
We'd had it on the market for a month with a prior listing agent and gotten exactly one showing. Same property, radically different level of professional real estate sales capability. That agent was clueless about the importance of staging & pictures, and had posted pictures on their listing that were so drab and cheap that they spoke very poorly of the house. Kelly, by contrast, made her listing sing like Aretha Franklin.
It turned out that the buyer was a bit difficult to deal with, apparently being paranoid that everybody was out to do her wrong, even including her own agent (who also seemed to be rather challenged in managing the situation). She made a number of demands for repairs, some of which were reasonable but many of which were for silly or trivial things (caulking a faucet trim ring, replacing light bulbs in the attic -- really?!). Kelly and her team handled the interactions with grace and professionalism, but appropriate firmness, so that we negotiated a reasonable price reduction to offset a portion of the repairs the buyer wanted done and I didn't have to go do a bunch of trivial things that a normal buyer would just take on themselves. Kelly and her folks kept us calm and gave us hope in the midst of some unhelpful behavior on the part of the buyer, shepherding the deal to a successful conclusion. We closed last week and we wish the buyer well and wish Kelly and her team much success in the future. They'll have it, I think, because they'll continue to earn it.
In short, if you want to sell your house, list it with Kelly and do what she suggests. She'll make it happen.
And, they didn't stop there! After the Inspection, the team's broad knowledge of regulations & construction, their network of partners and relationships in the town are crucial to moving forward on some tough items. I am SO glad I am not left to my own knowledge and contractors. And, I can call her with questions on the house I am purchasing - she gets it fast and has an answer that keeps the ball moving. In either town...
I just cannot say enough about this team. Nor can I thank them enough.
