Exceptional work and customer service!!!
Oksana has very good customer service skills she answered all of my questions, emailed me all of the information that I requested and came with her employees to do an exceptional job. They took my sofa cushions off vacuumed the sofa then the cushions and then cleaned the area around the sofa, and that was just one of the things I noticed about how they clean. They cleaned the baseboards, moldings and doorways by hand with a terry cloth, plus all of the doors were wiped clean. I was going to call them for a deep cleaning only but was so impressed decided to use them twice a month and am very happy that I did. They are very nice and very thorough with their work. Ladies I want to thank you and look forward to seeing you next week.

I am a single guy with a roommate . Have a busy schedule and don't have time to clean my apt. I know Oksana through my friends , who is unreally happy with her. She start coming to clean my apt about year and a half ago. From the first day she provide the great service , sometimes if she is doing deep cleaning at another house , she send somebody else , but she always calling me or texting me about that. It was only couple times, and I can't say anything bad about that girl. She is doing exactly like Oksana, cleaning , dusting, vacuuming , changing the sheets and etc, wash them, they even do the dishes and organize all our mess. Every time when I coming home, it smells wonderful and CLEAN. God job K&Z house cleaning !

Oksana and her partner went above and beyond what you would expect from a deep cleaning service. They spent over 6 hours cleaning every inch of my home in preparation for an event I was hosting the next day. I have to admit, my house was in rough shape before Oksana and her crew stepped in. I had dust gathering on picture frames and knickknacks, and my baseboards were filthy. Every time we walked in, a musty smell greeted us. Now, after the deep cleaning, my home looks and smells clean. They used safe products on my granite and appliances. Oksana went as far as cleaning and organizing my fridge! Oksana was professional and friendly from the minute she gave us a quote to the completion of the job. She also communicated any concerns or questions she had on specific issues. I would definitely use K &Z again, and recommend them to my closest friends and family. I'm so impressed, I decided to use K &Z House Cleaning on a regular basis to tidy up my home. K & Z did a terrific job, and it is well worth the money!

Never have to lift a finger again!!!!! – I feel like a princess since K&Z has been servicing my home. My OCD is about cleaning and disenfecting. K&Z wipes the doors the handles light switches and baseboards with the disenfectant. The cleaning women are very nice and do their job well. I am so pleased with them that I am going to submit their company info to my manager so that they can clean for our office.

I cannot express the joy i get after they clean ! My house smells of lemons from the pinesol, my bathroom toilets, shower and tub shine to a sparkle and my entire house is dust free. One day I came home early and they were just finishing up and did not notice that I was in the den I saw how they were cleaning the baseboards with a damp cloth, ten wiped all of the edges of the floors , then mopped the entire kitchen floor and then in the end took a dry microfiber cloth and went over the floor till it shined. I hope that they continue in this manor and they will never be with out work. I hope to continue with them for a very long time.
