He was fast, courtious, and did solid work. I am already talking with him about getting some other work done. His son noticed some scrap metal on my property from the previous owner and hauled away truckloads of steel for me just so he could get the scrap prices.
He was very responsive and let me know exactly what to expect.

Given the amount of work done, the price and speed the work was completed was simply amazing. He was constantly available during the project and alerted me when anything was different from what we had discussed. He exceeded all expectations in terms of quality, price, and professionalism. This is coming from someone who worked, unsuccessfully, with the more "reputable" providers in the area for more money and much worse outcomes. As long as Johnnie is in business, I'll never have anyone else do my foundation work in the future.
