Unfortunately the person sent to do the work in the bathroom did not know what they were doing. They didn't angle the shower right and it wasn't able to drain properly. I had to use someone else to fix their work. The painters didn't use drop cloths and didn't do a good job on the walls. They were very difficult to work with. When I called about the problems in the bathroom, they refused to answer my calls and were very hostile. I would never use this company again.

"FIRST OF ALL, THE PERSON SENT TO DO THE WORK DID KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THE FIRST TIME THE SHOWER WAS REPAIRED, THE CLIENTS WERE TOLD NOT TO USE THE SHOWER FOR 48 HRS. AND DID SO ANYWAY. RESULTING IN THE SHOWER HAVING TO BE REDONE. THE PAINTERS DID USE DROP CLOTHS; AND A PROFESSIONAL CARPET CLEANING CREW WERE HIRED BY MR. HOMSCHEK TO CLEAN THE CARPETS. HE ALSO HIRED A PROFESSIONAL CLEANING CREW TO CLEAN THE WHOLE HOUSE. AS FOR THE PAINT NOT COVERING THE WALLS, CLIENT WANTED TO USE PAINT THAT HAD BEEN SITTING FOR A LONG TIME TO SAVE MONEY. AS FOR US BEING DIFFICULT TO WORK WITH, WELL, WE MUST HAVE NOT BEEN TOO DIFFICULT; SEEING HOW THE CLIENT PAID MY GUYS A TIP OF $50.00 EACH, WHICH I MADE THEM GIVE IT BACK TO HER. AND AS FOR BEING HOSTILE, I HAD SPOKE WITH THE MEMBER AND TOLD HIM I WOULD REFUND THE MATERIALS MONEY FOR THE SHOWER AND HE TOLD ME THAT HE WAS GOING TO TALK TO HIS WIFE AND WOULD GET BACK TO ME AND NEVER DID. SO YOU MAKE THE CALL. I KNOW THE CUSTOMER IS SUPPOSED TO ALWAYS BE RIGHT, BUT AT TIMES, UNFORTUNATELY, THAT IS NOT ALWAYS THE CASE."
