It went very well.  They did a nice job in the advertising.  She's efficient.  I would say try to look around and see what they needed; she did very well for us.  She did do a nice job.

This is the second time in about seven years that we asked Janice Rosenberg and Company to help us purchase real estate in the Raleigh, NC area.  The first time we were out of state buyers, and Janice did such a great job organizing and planning our purchase, we couldn't believe buying a home could be so easy and trouble free.
Janice showed us dozens of homes, helped us finance the home we chose, made sure the property was thoroughly inspected, and even had the home professionally cleaned before we moved in.   She's helped us out with other land we own in various ways as well even though she had no direct interest in those properties, and has always been willing and able to steer us to other quality professionals we could safely count on in her geographical area.
Since that time, we've seen Janice and her staff dozens of times at various events and meals, and have developed a professional loyalty to her and her staff that makes the decision of choosing a real estate professional a very easy one for us.

Janice made sure to provide a wealth of experts to help guide us on our decision to purchase the lot we fell in love with, deal with numerous problems with title, land encroachment, deed, septic, and boundary issues.   She provided builders and architects to consult with and arranged meetings with other clients to get their first hand reviews of their builders and architects.  She made sure the closing attorney was as good as his word, and patiently listened and stepped in to help resolve subsequent deeding and recording issues.
This is one real estate practice that is not too proud to claim they know everything about property or real estate, rather appreciates learning something new when an unusual situation occurs.
