John was very personable and easy to reach during the asphalt shingle demo/installation and gutter demo/installation. The repairs were performed on time and made the house look new.

Jackson Roofing is AWESOME!! John contacted me about 30 minutes after submitting the project on Home Advisor and was out the next day to give me an estimate. His crew was great-very friendly and hard working. They started at 8am and finished by 6pm. John came by the next day to go over the work with me and make sure I was satisfied with the job done. I most highly recommend Jackson Roofing-I had put off getting a new roof for years, just didn't have the time, but John and his team made the whole process easy.

John came through for me in a big way! His 40 ft ladder, power drill, and crowbar tool made the removal of my old shutters and installation of new ones a breeze. He arrived on time and gave me a very fair price. I highly recommend Jackson Roofing for any elevated work on your home's exterior. John is a true pro!

John Elliot was very customer friendly when trying to sell the service of a new roof installation. He seemed very knowledgeable about the product and the ventilation process needed. However, he did not show up on the day of the install as promised and there were numerous issues that needed to be addressed. He did come back several times with crew chief and picked up hundreds of nails left behind (even in the driveway). I even picked up another hundred or so since he was last at my home. However, there is still an outstanding issue of not enough soffit vents and the improper installation of the soffit vents which were put in. When the weather was warmer, my attic was hotter than before the new roof was installed. I have left at least six voicemails since my last contact with Mr. Elliot at the end of September and he has not returned my calls. I do not consider this good customer service and am disappointed with this company, even though they received some kind of customer service award from Home Advisor.

I couldn't believe they completely replaced our existing roof in less than a day! When finished they had cleaned up everything and the roof looks great!

I've now used Jackson roofing for two full roof replacements (at different houses). John has always been quick to respond, provide quotes, and get me on the schedule. They have really good prices (the best quotes I've received both times), and have delivered an excellent product (hand nailed shingles, showed me damage areas, did a good cleanup, etc). Great customer service, took pictures of the wood they had to replace/repair (I had some definite problem spots, and needed rafters sistered), and they checked with me and discussed before making any decisions outside of the estimate scope.

They did an excellent job - the crew was polite and very professional. They protected all shrubs and plants around the house. They used tarps to catch old roofing, and covered entire roof over night in case of rain. I was very pleased with their work. They also give you a written warranty. I would highly recommend them!

they were professional and a company that did what they said they were going to do. they were in one day finished completed the job came back the next day to make sure everything was done the way I wanted it done and cleaned up after themselves like they weren't even here.

I had many bidders for my re-roof but chose Jackson because of the confidence I had in their workmanship, the trust that I had with John and the company, and the warranty that was offered. In addition their price was very competitive. My decision was a good one. They completed the work on schedule, the roof looks fantastic and clean up was excellent. Trust is so important in making a contractor decision and thru the entire process my trust of Jackson roofing only got stronger. They are top notch!

He does everything as professional as I have ever seen. He delivers exactly what he says he will deliver on time. Everything he has done for me is excellent.
