They were working on a neighbors yard and I asked them for an estimate on some tree work. We decided they would remove approx. 7 large stumps at the end of our driveway. I left them as I had to leave and they assured me they would not damage the driveway that was right next to the stumps. l was very impressed that Mr. Jackson called me immediately when they cut some wires going into the house. As it turned out the lines were old phone lines that are no longer used. When I arrived home all the stumps were completely gone, the driveway was untouched and everything was completely cleaned up.

They were punctual, professional, and fast. We had a crazy amount of stumps to be ground and were expecting to get an outrageously expensive quote, but they were very reasonable. Couldn't be happier with their service. Will definitely use them/recommend them in the future!

Mr. Jackson came to our property several weeks ago to give us an estimate. He was very thorough and gave excellent recommendations on which trees to remove and which trees to trim. On June 9, Mr. Jackson and the crew arrived on time and were very professional. We were very pleased with the work they did in the amount of time. They use a crane to remove the trees, which makes the whole process so much more safe for the property and performs the job more efficiently. After all the work , the crew cleaned up our property and left it looking better than when they arrived! I highly recommend Jackson's Tree Service.

Mr. Jackson and his 5 other professionals arrived promptly on time with a host of machinery and a giant crane. They immediately assessed all the trees to be removed and began to work. Team work was the key word as each on the team appeared to have a specific task to do which yielded only the most efficient and effective work . All 8 trees were removed and trimming of others were completed within 3 hours of time. This crew was amazingly skilled n their technique and abilities to use their tools , the chipper, and the crane. And each was quite friendly and most respectful when we spoke with them. Our entire yard, driveway, and the road area in front of our home was cleaned up and blown. We could not have been more pleased with the professionalism and care in which every team member demonstrated while on this job. This is the second time we have hired this group and highly recommend them for tree services. You will not be disappointed at all!

We interviewed several local providers of tree and stump removal services in order to make the best choice for the services we needed. While all were willing to provide a free estimate, Jackson's was the only one that actually took the time to review the project and make suggestions regarding the work we wanted done, both pro and con. Mr. Jackson was polite and considerate. He took the time to explain exactly what the process would entail, how long the job would take and what results we could expect. He did compare the services he offered with those of some competetors in the local area, which I appreciated. The price he quoted was not the least expensive nor was it the most expensive. However, after spending time with him I felt confident in his abilities and determination to do a quality job and I felt the quoted price was fair and reasonable. Mr. Jackson's crew arrived on time, got right to work and within 6 hours were gone, leaving my property much more attractive. They cleaned the work area, removing all leaves, limbs, sticks and debris. The entire process, from quote to finished product, was outstanding. I would not hesitate to contract Jackson's Tree and Stump Removal for future projects. They are a quality organization staffed by employees who care about providing a quality service at a fair price.

I needed a tree removed in my backyard that required the use of a crane - this was so that we could have a new deck and porch installed. On the day my tree was to be removed - MASSIVE rain was forecasted. I called and spoke with Mr. Jackson who told me no service could be provided if it was raining - however, this would make my porch/deck project be pushed out by 2 months due to contractor conflicts. I told Mr. Jackson this - he was so sweet and told me they would fit me in. Well, on that day - rain and all - the guys showed up and got my tree out!! I had a very happy contractor as well as a happy husband!! They were great - fast - and even left us with massive amounts of firewood. Not one complaint and I will def call them in the spring - to have another tree out of the backyard.

Jackson's quote was very good. All of the services I wanted at the lowest price, including the use of a crane. However, he was not able to do the work in the time frame that I needed it done, so I did not choose him. I informed him of this. And I included an explanation of why I chose another service provider who did not have a crane. In order to try to be of help to him, I also let him know the dollar amounts quoted by the other tree services, but without naming the companies. He responded with a negative remark about the chosen company attempting to do the work without a crane. I then let him know that I didn't appreciate the negative comment, and that I was trying to help him by providing the dollar amounts on the quotes of the other companies. He then apologized, which was a step in the right direction. But then he made things much worse by telling me he would have also liked to have the names of the companies along with the dollar amounts that I provided. I feel this is unethical. I'm sure he wouldn't want me to forward to his competitors his quote along with his company's name. With this approach to business, I am glad I did not select his company.

They're just excellent. I thought the whole tree is needed to come down but they were like, "No it's normal. We just don't want these big branches to fall."

Mr. Jackson scheduled an estimate within a few days, came as scheduled on a Saturday, and then was able to have his crew do the job earlier than promised. He made some good suggestions that will probably save time and money later on. He was professional and courteous. I would definitely use him again.

They were very efficient. Cleaned up after their work and were very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them.

They are fabulous, all the guys were so courteous and professional. The temperature while they were working was in the 90s and it didn't slow them down a bit. The work that they did was so much better than I expected. These guys cleaned up after them selves. I figured I would be spending my week-end cleaning up my yard, but they did it. The price quotes I got from another company was 3 times what Mr. Jackson charged me. I have some more trees that need to be removed and I will most definitely be calling Jackson Tree and Stump Removal Service. I just can not say enough good things about this company. This is a wonderful company.

In January 2013 we got several tree removal estimates. Elvie Jackson, owner/operator of Jackson's Tree and Stump Removal Service not only arrived on time, but called us the day before to confirm when he would be here. (None of the other companies did). He was very knowledgeable, friendly and explained exactly what needed to be done to cut down the two large trees. Both trees were in the backyard close to our house and our neighbor's. In fact the tulip poplar tree was in the middle of the property line with our neighbor and their fence was attached to it. Getting to the trees would be a challenge, but because Jackson's had the appropriate equipment with the least impact to our property, we made the decision to go with Jackson's. After discussions with our neighbor though, it was decided only our oak tree would be taken down and not the tulip poplar on the property line. Appt was scheduled for April 8th for one tree to be taken down. However, the day before Jackson's was scheduled to do the job, our neighbor changed his mind and agreed to have the tulip poplar taken down. Since this decision was made at the last minute, we weren't sure if Jackson's could accommodate us. Thankfully Jackson's opens at 7:00, we were able to call and explain the decision of also removing the tulip poplar. Elvie said he would do what he could to accommodate us. Elvie and his crew arrived 2 hours early and completed the job (both trees plus stump grinding) in record time...3.5 hrs!!! We were amazed how quickly they ground up the stump. The crew worked efficiently and it was definitely team work. They continuously cleaned up the yard throughout the whole process. When they left, you couldn't even tell that trees had been romoved. The yard was in the same condition as when they arrived. We were extremely pleased with their work, professionalism and quality and emphatically recommend Jackson's. Will definitely call them if the need arises in the future.

We have used Jackson's twice previously. We are satisfied with their rates and workmanship. They clean up the site nicely, using rakes, blowers, and a chipper/shredder. This last time, however, some sidewalk sections developed cracks due to equipment weight. He gave us an allowance toward repair. They do spread thick plywood panels on the lawn to spread weight of the truck and prevent sinking but, having chipmunks, there must have been some tunnels under the walkway.

Mr. Jackson and his team are EXCELLENT!! They are amazing how well they work together and it was impressive how they could take down a large tree that was essentially 4 trees growing from one base. They were very careful not to damage the fence and the surrounding trees and plants. They are on time, professional and reliable. If you want good service and care when it comes to tree removal, Elvie Jackson and his team are the ones to call. I recommend them without hesitation.

We had to have a tree removed in our backyard and within 45 minutes of Jackson?s Tree & Stump Removal Service arriving you could not tell that there had been a tree there. They were extremely professional and did a really nice job. They also worked very fast.

Mr. Jackson provided an estimate to remove a tree that had been attacked by pine beetles. Since I had used his services on two previous occasions, I immediately authorized the work. Mr. Jackson said he would schedule the work as soon as possible. Since this was a small job, I expected Mr. Jackson would schedule my job to coincide with another job in the vicinity. A couple of days later I was contacted by a company representative and a schedule was set. I arrived on site just in time to inspect and pay for the work. Jackson Tree Service is a very efficient and professional company. I have utilized their services on three occasions and will continue to use them as other needs arise. They arrive on time, get their work done, get the work area cleaned up and move on to the next job. I am highly impressed with their efficiency.

His work is absolutely impeccable. There are fewer branches when he leaves from when he came. It's a well trained crew. They do excellent work. They are the only tree service I recommend.

went fine. I've used Jackso before, however there prices are much higher & Mr. Jackson charges for just about every thing he touches. Next time I think I will try someone else which is too bad because his crew does good work.
