I had three estimates for tree removals. I chose Jackson TS LLC! I was right! These guys came on time and got to work at 8am with a crane and crew ready to work. The had no breaks, and finished a cpl of hours later! Everything was done according to our agreement and they cleaned up afterwards! I highly recommend this crew for you tree service. I will used them again in the Fall.

Not enough words to describe these guys. Awesome sums it up. I had to push out my initial appointment a couple months then they came out again and verified my needs. Couple weeks after they showed up and the crew knocked it out and were friendly professional and very good at what they do. Will have them back when I have more work. A++++++rating in my opinion.

Excellent experience all-around. The estimate was VERY competitive, all appointments were punctual. The tree removal service required a crane and they brought out the serious equipment: Two chippers, a remote-controlled stump grinder, the crane and maybe one or two more vehicles. The crew was professional and attentive to their work. Homeowners were reassured as to what was going to happen and how long it would take. All that said, it was a joy to work with the owners, you will appreciate their knowledge and friendliness.

It went very well. They had told me that it would probably take their team of 6 people 2 hours to finish the job and clean up and they were good to their word. I was extremely happy with them. Very nice and professional.

Immediate response and trees were taken down, cleaned the areas for both my neighbor's property and mine.

They cut the trees, ground the stumps and took the mess away.

We couldn't even get to a quote, as the contact person spent more time via email arguing why they needed a phone number (which was not required on their form) to schedule a phone call to schedule a time to meet for an estimate, as to actually schedule that meeting. In my line of work, I am constantly in meetings and am rarely available for a phone call. The entire exchange was such a waste of time, it totally deterred me to try conducting business with them. Perhaps it's different if you do not happen to have a busy life. But if someone is so condescending just to schedule time for a quote, I don't even want to know how the rest of the service would be.

Very satisfied with the job Mark and his crew did. They were on time and very expedient in getting the job done. They did an excellent job cleaning and leaving no signs of having been there (aside from the stump grindings of course). Already scheduling the next job to be done by them.

Mr. Jackson and his men came on time, did very professional cuts (flush against trunk or larger limb), and cleaned up thoroughly. They even blew all the leaves and other litter off our driveway. He and his men were courteous and professional. The $675 price seemed reasonable for such a good job.

Jackson's people came with a large crane and removed the trees with minimum of fuss cleaned up and were gone with no damage to the yard or the landscape. Levy Jackson (owner) supervised the whole operation. They were very professional and helpful. That's a good crew and business.

We had difficulty finding a tree service that would come to look at our small job (removing 2 trees).  Jackson's returned our call and came to look at the job.  They gave a price and a date.  The date was several months in advance. I guess they are backed up like all the other tree service people.  They had to make a rain date through no fault of their own and they arrived exactly when they told me they would.  We had all the various and impressive  pieces of equipment show up with lots of help to get the job done.  In 2 hours they were done and everything looked great.  I love that little stump grinder!  They even put back the solar path lights! The only problem was that the bid included cutting and stacking the wood from the tree and I didn't catch them before they left. (They took the trees with them). My husband was very disappointed about that. I would definitely recommend them.  I like the fact that they are a family operation and clearly take pride in doing a good job.

It was like having a SWAT team show up to break up a school yard fight. Six men and four trucks rolled up at precisely the scheduled time. They were extremely professional and safety conscious. It only took about 30 minutes to complete the job, and they were gone. I would recommend Jackson's for any size job. They were prepared for any thing.

Elvie Jackson evaluated our job.  It was decided a crane would be needed to remove the tree (tree was very close to the house and deck).  Due to the elevation of our lot, and the location of our septic lines, the crane would have to be placed in our driveway and the tree removed by lifting over our house.  It was quite an impressive site to see.  Several smaller tree limbs had to be removed on surrounding trees to give the crane boom room to swing.  The job was completed when scheduled for the cost estimated.  Our yard and all debris was cleaned perfectly.  We even had a neighbor request the ground wood chips, and Jackson's delivered it to her driveway for no extra cost.

This a family owned business you can trust. They have invested in all the heavy equipment to safely and quickly remove trees and branches and grind stumps. Their equipment includes a crane and a remote controlled stump grinder, among other pieces of eqiupment.  Your price will depend on how much accessibilty you can provide by way of a driveway, the street, etc. But they can also lift those trees right over your house to remove them if necessary. They never upsell. They are prompt, cordial, respectful and every person is a pro. They arrive as a team and get the job done quickly. This is the 3rd time we have used their services in the last 10 years. Every job was performed to our complete satisfaction.

Elvie Jackson did his usual great job. His crew shows up on time and brings all of the right equipment to complete the work. His guys are professional, work quickly, and best of all, always do a good job of cleaning up after they're finished. I've used Mr. Jackson in the past, and will again in the future.
