Everything we wanted and more.

Overall, the job went well. Elvie Jackson and his team are professional. They do good work. They probably are a little more expensive than some. They are generally punctual but not the most punctual folks I have worked with. I would possibly use them again in the future.

Very punctual. Very professional. Only minor comments is that they did not leave the area quite as immaculate as a contractor I had used a lot in the past. I will definitely use them again.

The guy only lives about a mile from here so he is in my neighborhood. He has a very good crew and it is almost like watching the circus come to town when these guys get up 100 feet in the air and are being dropped in the trees. They lasso them with this big hook system and use a big crane system to lift the tree out. They have to take them out one by one instead of letting them fall because of all the houses. They take them out from the top down and it is a real treat to watch them work. He has some really good guys working for him and I've known him for years. His price was a little higher than another group of guys that came through the neighborhood but I wasn't going to take a chance on them. They were kind of working out of their car and it was too dangerous. It was definitely worth the price to get the professional people to do it and he wasn't much higher. My neighbor had him take down a tree that was between our yards and he did an excellent job.

He is so far the best that I have used. I might be able to find someone else tat charges less, but he does the best job and leaves the least mess. He also uses first class equipment. I have used him other times as well to cut limbs and trees and he seems to be the best. He does a thorough job and makes sure he takes out all the roots from the ground for the trees he has removed. He is first class.

Mr. Jackson and his crew were friendly, respectful, cleaned up after themselves, were nearly obsessive about protecting our other plants, the yard, other trees, and our house/decks. It is early spring in North Carolina, and we have a number of landscaping plants beginning to emerge from the ground. They avoided all, as best they could. They removed the poplar tree (about 3.5 ft diameter) without damaging the three holly trees that surrounded it close enough to touch it, as well as the 3-4 foot deep grouping of Lenten Roses all around its base. We ended up with sawdust on some decks (which they cleaned off, by the way), and on some of the landscaping (which they did not want to hurt by trying to remove the sawdust). They pulled three trees' worth of branches and sections across our yard to their mobile chipper, and at the end, you cannot tell that anyone walked over the yard. They stacked the cut wood (cut to length to fit our fireplace), and raked up stray branches out of the yard and driveway.

This company is one of the best I've ever seen! They were punctual for everything from arriving to give an estimate to performing the work. They took great care not to tear up my yard with their cranes and trucks, putting down plywood before bringing in the equipment. The trees were all very close to my house and in a tight spot, but they removed them quickly and without any damage to my house or property at all. They mulched all the extra limbs,leaving me with a wonderful pile of hardwood mulch for my flower beds, and they ground the stumps as well. I felt I was in good hands with Mr. Jackson and his crew, so I felt completely comfortable leaving them alone at my house to complete the job while I rushed off to a dental appointment. I also gave them their payment in full before leaving because I knew from observing them that I could trust them to do a great job in my absence. When I came home from my appointment, they were gone, the trees were gone, the limbs were gone, and my yard was all the better for it.

Excellent service. They have the right tools and the right attitude, to come in, do the job well, clean up and make it look like they weren't there. They rake the leaves that fall, blow them with leaf-blowers, and sweep the street where the chipper is. Estimate was fair. Only negative was lead time, schedule required about three weeks between estimate and execution.

THEY DID A REALLY GOOD JOB. I LIKED HOW THEY CLEANED UP AS THEY WENT ALONG. AFTER THEY WERE DONE YOU COULDN'T EVEN TELL THAT THEY CUT DOWN TREES. I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THEM.
