Overall experience has been a nightmare! It will cost approx. $4,500 to get my floors the way they should have been in the first place. I will not rest untill this sham of a contractor pays me to get my floors to the standard in which they should have been installed. Tiles popping up, hollow sounds when tapped on at least 50% of my floors. All this within 2 weeks of installation. Totally unacceptable!! I advise NO ONE to use this company as they are the lowest in EVERY category imaginable.
He claims to be a sub contractor for Building Pros, thus I will be contacting them as well. This is definitely a DO NOT USE company!!
