Installation and training went smoothly and the trainers were professional and did a great job. My dog ran through the fence twice after that and I contacted them but never received a return call. My dog did come back to me when I called him. Also, they did come down on price when I told them I was thinking of going with a competitor at a lower estimate.
Response from Invisible Fence of Raleigh
"Thank you for the A rating and for being an Invisible Fence Brand customer! We are happy to work with you to make sure Brady stays safe and happy at home so we are concerned that you did not receive a return phone call. Can you tell us what number you dialed please? And did you leave 1 or more voicemails? We would like to review this issue and work to make sure it does not happen again with you or others. You can always reach out to us at 866-364-3647 or RaleighatInvisibleFence.com using the "at" symbol. For some reason, I can't post the "at" symbol that belongs in all email addresses. In any event, thanks again!"

Invisible Fence of Raleigh performs excellent installation and training. I highly recommend them. 1. Do not believe the internet lies that invisible fences somehow "harm" pets. The technology and training protocol result in minimal stress to (you and) your pet. My dog,Teddy the Golden Retriever, is not always the brightess bulb in the bunch, but quickly (by the second breakthrough at each training level) learned his boundaries and the proverbial "safe zone". I was thoroughly impressed. 2. Do not be a cheapskate - purchase the training. All the hardware and technology in the world is useless without a proper training program. The training sessions continue until perfection is reached and there is no additional charge. Many dogs require 3 training sessions, but in my case, a fourth lesson was necessary. By the fourth lessen, Teddy had no breakthroughs (one was recorded in the collar, but it was my wife testing the system LOL). In search of excellence? I found it with this vendor. 3. Technicians/Trainers. I liked my technicians. They were professional, smart, clean-cut and very workman like. Caleb did a superb job training Teddy. Caleb has superb verbal and non-verbal dog training skills. Caleb also has a unique ability to measure the physical and emotional make-up of your pet, and customize the training sessions. Training sessions were completely calm and productive. It is clear to me that Caleb is blessed with a high natural aptitude for training dogs. My installer, Tim, did a high quality installation. He made extra-effort to make sure there were no gaps near the building. For reference, Tim previously served our country in the Navy (Aircraft Carrier). I appreciate his military service and Invisible Fence's commitment to hiring veterans. 4. Cost. I have a 1.25 acre lot. The cost of a conventional fence would have been in excess of $10K and my invisible fence was "dramatically" less. Plus the invisible fence preserves the natural beauty of the lot. FYI - the president of my homeowners association was the first person to recommend an invisible fence. 5. Office Support. I found the office support exceptional too. Upon sending an email inquiry, Danielle called me on Memorial Day. I was not expecting a response on a federal holiday. It's a "wow" factor! I am very pleased with this purchase.

Installer arrived on time on the scheduled install day. Installer did a decent job on the yard portion of the install, but did not bury the wire in the driveway expansion joint. We had to call them to come back out and complete the install. It took quite some time, but they did come back and bury the wire in the driveway expansion joint as promised. The trainer was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He took his time, answered all of our questions, and showed us effective techniques to use to train our dog on use of the system. Product works as advertised.

The installation team arrived promptly on the expected install date. Installers were professional and courteous. No issues with the install process. Initial training session provided sufficient guidance to allow me to work with my dogs on a leash in order to get them accustomed to the system. After the follow up training session, the correction feature of the collars was enabled. After another 4-5 days the dogs were running around the yard unleashed but supervised. Both dogs are fully contained and unsupervised now. We are pleased with the Invisible Fence Brand system.
Before deciding to go with Invisible Fence we spoke with two other providers as well. The primary factors that influenced our decision were our Pet Consultant's extensive knowledge of the product, customer references, and the features offered by the Boundary Plus system.

I continue to buy my batteries from them. Their fence works. We had three dogs when initially started and two of them would break through the fence. They were more than happy to come out and basically retrain the two dogs. They adjusted the correction so it better suited the dog's personalities. I will use them again.

There's hidden costs. I have to get batteries every three months for five dogs. The collars cost a fortune too. It does work. I had to train three dogs simultaneously. They came every time I called them, and I was grateful they were keeping the electricity down for the dogs.

Amy first came out and explained the system to us; we were comparing 3 companies. She did a great job and didn't run down the competition. We chose Invisible Fence based on this and the technology and their reputation (our vet recommended them). Tony and Ben came out and installed the system today and did a great job! You can't tell where the lines were installed - they left everything just as it was, including the driveway seam, which was a concern. After installation, Tony took a lot of time going over the system with us and what we could expect. Although it will be a few days before we know how well it works, we are confident that we chose the right company.

I have one acre of land. My dog used to dig under the fence and we decided to install an invisible fence there. The dog has adapted to it now. The Invisible Fence crew was very helpful. Their price was not cheap, but I consider it reasonable.

The man from Invisible Fencing was patient in explaining exactly how to train my dog to use the fence. He said that the rubber on the collar would help to protect the dog. The dog will hear a warning beep as she nears the fence and if she touches the wires, there would be a very small shock. I was able to train my dog in no time and she doesn't even go near the boundary line now.
