We've used IDSS before and the professionalism, quality of service, and customer centric focus are still as excellent as we previously experienced. An attempted burglery at the house incresed the urgency for installing the upgrades. Marc responded with an immediate visit to the house for recommended upgrades, followed 4 days later with the installation of the new equipment. His excellent customer service and response to system problems was again demonstrated by a 11:30 PM on-site visit to troubleshoot, then replace a failed component, that was preventing the arming of the system. I have, and do again, recommend IDSS for home security.
