Randy is very punctual and responsive. Most importantly, he is highly trustworthy. He helped me to figure out what I wanted, gave me an accurate price quote, and set it up perfectly. He is always happy to answer my neverending questions. He also is always happy to help after the service, with my additional questions about the system. I have used him numerous times for our home audio and video needs, in our hi-tech home.
