"I appreciate the review but I don't know what my response to this should be it seems like everyone wants to communicate by email and no one wants to talk after sending several emails concerning the changes that [member name removed] wanted to make he apologized for his lack of response because he was working! I received a signed contract but no deposit, no deposit no one gets on my schedule my time frame is based on deposits from customer's. If someone is on my schedule and we get some bad weather the schedule is moved back a few days. The first thing I mention is I schedule by deposit I get calls every day so if someone is thinking about hiring I Rok and calls back 3 days later , I may have received 4 people in front of them.If your deposit shows up cashed or deposited into I Rok's account then your fence is coming up next but if you don't noticed that your check went through then either the 2 weeks has not gone by as of yet or you're not calculating weather conditions both times [member name removed] hired I Rok it either was snowing or raining, rain means Mud which will leave your yard a mess. We I Rok try our best to stay no more then 1 1/2 to 2 weeks out before your install based on weather, your schedule and accessibility to your property we can maintain our schedule. So if anyone has a date in mind that they want their fence installed their deposit dictates that with a 2 week window."

"Hi this is Paul Baker, though I really appreciate these review there is one thing that I find misunderstanding. When the job was scheduled, the time frame for the job to start was 1 1/2/ to 2 weeks out not including rainy days the days that it may rain pushes the installment date back, but we try to stay within that time frame for our customer's. This conversation that took place between [member name removed] and myself was less than a week after the contract was signed. He asked if I-ROK could start his project though he was not on schedule that week for his installation he informed me that he was going out of State that coming Friday on business. Me and some of my family worker's was going out of State on a family emergency to say good by to a loved one before their passing. I wasn't certain if [member name removed] was concerned about his deposit and him not being here for the actual start date, but after talking it over with my crew 2 of my nephews said they would remain here to do some work. So the agreement between [member name removed] and myself was that a crew would start to deliver the materials to his residents before the start date. This was done in good faith. There were a few rainy day in between and it was a very large job. The crew wasn't under a time frame ,Mr. Cline wasn't on the schedule at that point. I was to be back the day before his project was to start and [member name removed] said he would be there that Wednesday 2 days after the start date. I was on schedule as well as the job. However [member name removed] wasn't back as he stated nor was he back on the date that the job was completed. My nephews made the sacrifice not to say their fair wells but to say and work!!! To me that being as dedicated as it gets. The Family member died the day after we all was schedule to be there. Some times things get shifted, schedule's change and sacrifice's have to be made. But when you work with a passion thing get done. I-ROK FENCE COMPANY is passionate about their customer's and their work. We work hard to be on schedule and we put our all in to performing the job to make sure it's well done, striving to meet our costumer's expectation's."
