Being a long time owner of multiple big hairy dogs, my need for carpet cleaning has been intense. I have become very choosey over the years. Carlos Lopez is THE BEST. His work is outstanding, by far the best in the business, and affordable. Carlos has always been the one to respond and to do the work, so I think it's a one-man show. He is friendly, has a good sense of humor, arrives on time every time, and takes his time. The carpets are left looking fantastic, all spots and stains are gone, most of the moisture is gone by the time he leaves, and he doesn't try to sell you any additional products or gimmicks. In comparison, seven years ago it cost us almost $600 for an inferior service recommended by our Realtor!
