My wife and I bought a new house about a year ago that had an 8 yr old leisure bay spa. The spa wasn't working. I called every spa place I could find in the area and Mr Kopp was the only person who would work on it. He initially showed me all the parts and walked me through basics. Way it looked inside, I don't think the previous owner ever maintained or repaired the spa. Mr Kopp got it running for a reasonable price and I LOVED it over the winter (first hot tub I have had). I also bought a spa cover from him as the original one was toast and he gave a great price on a new one. for the summer, I put spa settings on bare minimum over the and it started tripping breaker about a week ago. Mr Kopp was very responsive and came in the evening to work around my work schedule. He repaired the heating element and it is up and running great once again. Will recommend to everyone I know.
